Villas Concrete and Water Proofing

We had seepage and flooding in our basement in Aroma Park. The neighbors used a big company from up north that cost them $ 11,000 for a drainage system in their basement. I asked at work and my coworker used the same company and cost him $ 7000 just for two walls in his basement. Another recommended a local company called Villas Concrete and Water Proofing who did her brother’s basement 2 years ago and added to her concrete driveway this past summer. I called Rigo and he came out quickly (not a 2 week wait like the companies up north). He quoted $ 6000. This is what I got: I got a complete drain system identical to what the big company from up north was doing complete with the epoxy injection in the cracks in the walls. I got 2 sections of my sidewalk tore out and reinstalled (it was just put in less than a year ago but was slanting and dumping water into the basement). They gave me a window well cover. They brought in more dirt to raise the grade on the outside of the foundation towards the back of the house where it was low. They removed a pile of concrete my previous sidewalk contractor had left in the yard instead of hauling away. They started the following Monday and had their job done by Thursday and I couldn’t even get a quote from two other companies until the following Saturday. I am so happy with them I am hiring them to make other repairs on this home (which is a rental) and to blow in insulation into the home we live in since they do remodeling too. Their prices, quality of work and timeliness sold me on this company. Rigo explains everything and gives me a written contract. They wear T-​shirts with their company logo on them. Rigo showed up in a clearly marked vehicle with their company name on it. Very polite and professional.
