Weatherseal Nusash Inc.

We made a decision to use Nusash based on the window quality and warranty. The warranty was lifetime to us, WE THOUGHT. We are now experiencing a leak in the main front room window and called for help. We were told by Nusash, 850 West Station; Kankakee, that the Nusash company they represented had gone out of business and that there was nothing they could do. They did say they would come out and look at it. One look later and we receive a call from them stating it would be over $ 400 to fix the window, My question was if the replacement window manufacturer goes out of business will they cover it and we were told NO.
This company is basically a window installer and nothing else. If I bought Pella windows from Lowes and Pella went out of business, Lowes would stand behind the window. DO NOT make your decision to use this company based on quality and warranty./ The quality gave up and the warranty left.

Good luck trying to get any service from them. We had a problem and called them a number of times over a year and they never called back. One time we reached them months ago on a Friday and they PROMISED they’d call back on Monday — and they never called back.
