Dunkin’ Donuts

poor customer service, long wait time in line for sub par food and rude employees, this place is the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to

Past service at this DD has been good, sometimes slow. Today I went in to get my wife’s usual 6 Boston Cremes with sprinkles. They only had 2 on display. Normally in the past they have taken time to make more, but today I guess for some reason the male on duty did not have the same amount of time as everyone else. I heard him telling someone on his headset that he couldn’t make sandwiches on the grill, wait on the register, and take orders on the drive-​thru. A female came to the register to take my order and told me what was in the display case was all they had because they had been slammed at the drive-​thru. The male then chimed in that he was so busy that he didn’t have time to make anything. When I agreed to take the 2 on hand and asked her to add sprinkles, she was told by the male, «no, there’s just no time». I told her to just forget the order. I guess this location must be doing very well if they can afford to let regular customers walk out the door instead of taking time to do their job.

I love DD but this one makes my coffee right everytime. I just moved to the area and they ate always Fast and have friendly service.

Quality is excellent but sometimes service isn’t the fastest.
