The lines can be so bad at this location. Allot at least 20 minutes if you go here around 5p. The lines make going here barely worth the trip. They have the double line ordering systems that is frustrating to the patrons and exasperate the entire ordering process. There are no quality issues with food. It is McDonald’s. Nothing more nothing less.

Because McDonald’s has a well-earned reputation for extremely hot coffee, I prefer to go inside so that I can get my coffee and then add a few cubes from the soda fountain to get it to a non-scorching temperature. A very simple order — number 3. It’s the one with the egg white delight and it’s technically not supposed to come with the hash browns as far as I know. I also asked for a sausage burrito but the girl either didn’t hear me properly or missed it. While waiting for the coffee to be brewed(no coffee ready at 6:15AM??), I was standing in an area that had either been poorly mopped or there was a spill that hadn’t been cleaned up properly. Quite a wet spot with the caution thing sitting there. Ick. The order took five minutes. I know this because the last three and a half minutes, the order machine was bleeping away because it was running so slow. No coffee, no hash browns ready, what the heck, McDonald’s?

I have to update my last review. I get nothing but terrible reviews for this place. Everyone I work with has had a bad experience here. Rude employees with terrible food. Today a girl I workwith paid for a large drink and got a medium. When she approached the counter and let them know what happened the employee turned around and walked away.

McDonald’s isn’t often one of my usual stops these days — but there are times when this particular location is convenient, if nothing else. And on a cold day especially, a nice cup of something warm can be nice. Unfortunately, it’s not a good choice here(see image). I get that warm beverages like coffee and hot chocolate — espresso, latte, whatever — have a higher food cost than soft drinks. And I even get that places can fall short on their order of supplies. But to have a cup that is the correct size, and only fill it perhaps 80% of the way up? That is either lazy or just poor training, and in this case it was pretty disappointing, as I hadn’t taken even a sip out of the cup and it was already down a good bit from the top, and that made me sad.

My brother was eating at this McDonalds and noticed there was blood smeared on the side of his fries container. He went up to the front counter and showed an employee. She was wearing a big bandage on her hand and starting apologizing, admitting it was blood. The obvious concern in this situation is that he could have contracted a disease since he had already ate some of the fries before realizing there was any blood. My brother has Muscular Dystrophy and has to take medicine daily which causes his immune system to be weaker than the average persons, making the situation even more concerned. My parents have called the McDonalds, spoken to the manager and even corporate lawyers trying to have the employee get tested to ensure my brothers health. However, McDonalds refuses to do anything. They say that they cannot make the employee get tested and they will not ask her to. My family has even offered to pay for her time and testing but McDonalds will not let us speak to her to ask ourselves. McDonalds will not pay for my brothers medial testing expenses(which are $ 1,200 a piece and he will have to get tested for 10 years to be sure nothing was transferred). McDonalds admits that my brother was served food with blood on it and yet they will do nothing to help. The emotional stress, constant worry and anguish is overwhelming. I am shocked that anything like this can go unnoticed. We have been trying to get a lawyer to take our case but have not been successful. Apparently McDonalds is one of the most difficult companies to bring to court because they just keep appealing and dragging you through court until you cannot afford it. We haven’t been able to find an attorney that is willing to help us. We aren’t even interested in suing but would just like the employee to get tested and for my brother’s medical testing bills to be covered by McDonalds. If you know a lawyer who would be able to help please contact me-it would be greatly appreciated
