Omega Graphics

Two great people who have always exceeded my expections for my graphics and printing projects and needs.
Great work, done economically with good design and at reasonable cost.
I would highly recommend them for your projects.

Had Omega apply a rear window graphic on my wife’s 2005 Outback June 25, 2014. After we had discussed how to position it, he said he would let me okay it before they applied it. That didn’t happen… After 50 minutes or so I walked out front to make a call and within a few minutes he brought the car around front.
Was I ever so disappointed…
The $ 147 graphic ($ 98 for graphic plus $ 49 to laminate from Custom Vinyl Graphics) was lopsided and basically ruined.
Where they allowed the graphic to touch the cars finish, it removed clear coat and paint. His answer was I can’t be responsible for your old cars paint… Then made other negative remarks about the car not being new. This has ruined my wife’s 23^rd anniversary present and has her very upset.
Their answer? Give him half off of the install… Will cost $ 200 (estimate from Kings) to have the paint fixed, $ 147 for a new graphic, not to mention the time it will take for all of this and loss of use of the car…
No way to get it by our June 30^th anniversary for sure.
Contemplating small claims Court.
