I give it a 3 stars because of their prices. I had a warm greeting great customer service and clean facility. The wait was normal and the haircut was great. They paid attention to detail. This is my first time here and got three dollars off due to four square check in. I do recommend this place.

I should have waited.
My go-to stylist is a woman I’ve known since I was in diapers. She is consistently perfect, and I’ve never had a bad cut or color from her.
That was not the case here.
I believe my stylist’s name was Glinda/Glenda. She was a very stylish older woman. She herself was wonderful. Very nice and fun to talk to.
I, at the time, had medium blonde bangs with the rest of my hair being my natural color, which is a medium brown. I asked for all of my hair to be dyed back to my natural color, and I needed some length taken off.
She dyed it black. BLACK. My hair is definitely not black, and I cannot pull off black. It was also very choppy. I straighten my hair pretty much all the time, and I couldn’t do it with that cut.
I will never come back to this location, nor will I come to any other SuperCuts.
Also, for a «bargain» chain salon, I spent over $ 100 on this. I typically pay that for my normal girl, but she was booked up.
Overall, I’m not at all impressed.
