My friends and I went here a few weeks ago because my friend was getting married so we decided to get our hair and makeup done at Taylor Made because we’ve heard great things but we did not experience that. I wanted a braid that you pull apart to look bigger and that was it, just a braid and it couldn’t be done. The hairstylist I had said she didn’t do braids well and she asked Taylor to do and she said Taylor would. After hours of being there, she never came to do my braid. She walked through the room 3 or 4 times and when I said there is Taylor, the hairstylist said she has that look like don’t fucking ask about that braid one more time. Then the hairstylist asked if I had a plan b and I told her no, I came there to get my hair how I wanted for the wedding and when you’re running a business, you should do what you’re getting paid to do. It was very rude and unprofessional. We all had to redo our hair like an hour after having it done. The makeup was probably the best part. But the stylist did try to do my hair how I wanted it, she braided it and then said it would need more hair in the braid to get it how I wanted it but she didn’t fix it. It wasn’t really what I asked for but I thought it was nice she was going to try until she realized the braid needed more hair and she didn’t try to fix it. No one at this place could do a braid and the only one that could didn’t want to. That’s just so rude. I’m glad she didn’t charge for my hair because she knew I was unhappy but it’s crazy to think a hair place can’t do a braid or that they just don’t want to.
