Small place, seats about 30 ppl max. Have only had the hibachi steak but it is pretty darn good. I come here all the time for a good inexpensive meal. I guess I need to try some of their other meals pretty soon. It’s never crowded when I come here usually about 4 to 5 people.

Everyone has their favorite fast food Japanese place, whether it is convenient for lunch or your go-to place for takeout. When I moved to this area, I was sad to leave behind Sakura, and did not think I would find anywhere in comparison.
Then, I found Tokyo Express and I was ecstatic.
Disclaimer: I am somewhat of a picky eater. Tokyo has great rice, shrimp sauce, broccoli and chicken. This is my Plan B, whenever I don’t feel like cooking, rainy days, late night, or when I am just plain tired of the traditional fast food chicken nuggets.
Do not confuse this with the Tokyo Express @ Concord Commons, not the same chain (completely different quality of food).
