The wait was not to long and the staff was friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. When I sat down for my pedicure I was offered a beverage. The place was busy but clean and I enjoyed that the staff was both Korean and non Korean, it was a nice change from every other salon I’ve been to. I will be giving this place a try again

The girl who was doing my nails and feet was very rude and aggressive. She was running back and forth between me and another customer. She kept jerking my feet around and pushing on my body very hard to position me the way she wanted! I wanted to kick her in the face. Her name is yung. Had we not been in a nail salon she would have probably gotten knocked all the way out. She will never touch me again! I usually tip something even if the person isn’t that great but nice. She was terrible and not at all customer service oriented. No tip and ruined my day!!!

Took an hour and a half for a pedicure. The wait was fifteen minutes which was no problem but I wish they had been honest and not just told me that to keep me here and get my money, I would have happily come back…
The customer service was terrible, no one here looks happy or has a smile on there face and it really makes an impression on their clients.
I will not be back.

I was a customer from minute doors opened. Everything was absolutely first class. Mike would bring you a list of drinks he had and he wanted you to have a great experience. Everything was always so kept and clean. Now when you walk in they try to turn you away and tell you to come back in hour or tomorrow or they say 15 mins to everyone that walks in door which means take seat and plan to stay an hour. They do not disinfect in between customers either. Just dust off table if that. It’s not the same place it once was and my family will not be back.

My niece and I wanted Christmas nails. They did a great job — so friendly and my nieces tiny little nails had beautiful snowflakes and Olaf on them. Mike made sure we were happy!

I just moved here and had tried several nail salons in the area but this was the first one that I loved! I have been getting my nails done for years so I really know what I like done. They were so nice and really listened to what u wanted also gave suggestions on ideas that look good ! I was very happy with my nails and I will be going back! I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants to have wonderful nails! Also very very clean salon!
