We first met the Chappelows about 18 months before our October 2015 Wedding. As an event planner myself, I knew exactly what we wanted as we had spent 3 years planning our day so we needed a very strong and competent coordinator to make sure our dream wedding came to fruition — and it did. I won’t kid around; our wedding was over the top with a gazillion moving pieces, literal truckloads of décor, florals, and a manifesto that I am sure was longer than most. I know it was a huge undertaking, but Chappelow Events pulled it off without a hitch. Everyone always says, «you know, something big will probably go wrong». But it didn’t and that was due to Beth making sure of it. They spent almost 24 hours from start to finish making sure our day ran as it was supposed to, they communicated with us often as any excellent event planner should, they translated our design just as we had envisioned and I put 100% trust in them to make everything ‘happen’. They worked tirelessly, they handled all communication with our vendors, and they made sure our day was as relaxing as possible which is exactly why we hired them to be our coordinators. Not to mention, they are AWESOME people!!! It was literally the best investment we made for our wedding day. We will forever be indebted to the Chappelows for making our day beautiful, smooth, and everything in between. –The Clarks
