They’re fast. They do a really good job putting your order together. They aren’t friendly. I don’t know if they are supposed to be. I suppose a well-oiled machine like a Chipotle line doesn’t have room for friendliness. I don’t have any complaints on the personnel, none of them were rude to me any of 20ish times I’ve been there. But they aren’t friendly. And I don’t like their food. Since they got rid of the chorizo there is nothing I like from there. Even when I’m going there to pick up food for others, first I drop by Papu’s for myself since it’s right there.

Line moves fast, great location. My gripe is they scoop light. Most Chipotle scoop a full spoon of chicken and pour most of it in the bowl. That is frustrating a-today the server took it to a whole new level: she scooped a full spoon and gave me about half. Full scoop next time without making me beg for a little more please. Full scoops will get your customers back.

I’m done with Chipotle. I agree with Tom on the«light scooping.» I told the young men«Hey you guys got a bad review for your light scooping!.» His response: «it’s corporate policy on how much we give and scoop.» Really? At this point, and with everything Chipotle is going through wig the Feds you would think they would be trying to get customers back. As far as I’m concerned this location sucks and Chipotle will only continue to suffer their low number in bringing back customers.

If you see my history, you will notice that I don’t write a ton of reviews but my experience with this location has seriously disappointed yet again. I, like most people, have a go to order that I usually don’t deter from. I mean it’s Chipotle. My daughter always orders a bowl with rice and meat and THAT’S IT. Every time I always have to ask for more rice. Tonight we recieved a half a spoonful of rice in her bowl so I asked if he could put a little more in the bowl. I was told I would have to pay extra. I’m pretty sure rice is probably the least expensive item on the line but I have to pay extra for more? So I said fine I would pay it. Then we recieved almost no meat for either bowl. The employees should be receiving bonuses from their Corporate office for all of the money they are saving them! It’s as if money comes out of their check for every piece of rice, meat, etc. If her bowl would’ve been wrapped in a tortilla, it would’ve been the size of my fist. I will now drive to any other location but this one when the Chipotle craving hits.

This is the best Chipotle location in the area! The line always moves quickly. No matter how long it is, you get served fast. The ONLY downfall was them running out a chicken once or sometimes the portion sizes. You have to ask for more at times to get a normal amount. It just depends on who is serving. I love that certain servers remember me. It feels comfortable and professional.

I love Chipotle, but not this Chipotle. I’m not going to review the food — if you’re going to Chipotle, you know what the food tastes like. But the portion sizes here were atrocious. I went with a group of 4 and we were all pretty much stiffed. I ordered tacos with fajita veggies(no rice, beans, or meat) and asked for extra veggies(which are supposed to be free anyway, but I made a point to say that I wasn’t ordering any other main toppings) and was given about 6 pepper slices in each tortilla. There was about 1 tsp of pico in each taco and a few sad strands of cheese. I made sure to order the guac on the side so they couldn’t cheap out on that. One of my friends ordered a burrito bowl and it was not even 2⁄3 full to the top of the bowl. She ordered meat and was given about half a scoop. She asked for a full scoop and they said she’s have to pay for extra. When she finished, she declared that she’d never actually been able to finish a whole burrito bowl before, but this time she did. All of our portions were tiiiiny. If it was just one incident or something, I’d understand, but clearly this is what happens with everything. Additionally, they were out of forks(so burrito bowls were eaten with spoons) and there were no lemons. There were two lemon containers, one had a tiny lemon rind left in it. But no lemons, and no serving fork, so they probably were just hoping no one wanted them at all. It was not particularly busy when we were there, there was only two people in front of us in line when we showed up, so I don’t think that’s any kind of excuse. Like I said, I love Chipotle, but I’m not ever going to bother with this location again.

My chicken salad tasted delicious, as usual. The meat portion size was good, the ingredients tasted fresh, the service was efficient and friendly, and the dining area was clean, with some Caribbean themed music thrown into the music mix. Nicely done!

Man do I love a good burrito bowl! This location is popular and can be quite busy, but their staff is so good that the line is always moving fast! The new chorizo meat is great but I’d say you can’t go wrong with any of their options. Highly recommended and I will continue to come back again and again.

Went to this location and will not return! Staff is rude and impatient. Tried to verbalize the ingredients for the carnitas bowl and received a harsh response. If you’re not completely ready with your order, move on!! I’ll checkout another location and see if I have a better experience there. Love the food but not the employees.

I went to chipotle yesterday, but I had my dog with me. So, I ordered online, and paid online. This way, all I had to do was walk up to the counter, grab and go! So, my pickup time was at 5:30. I arrived at 5:35 to ensure it was done. I tied my dog up really quick near the door(she is friendly, but has a fear of abandonment). So, she immediately started whining. I ran in just as some guy had ordered like 10 bags of chips and guacamole, a kids meal, and burritos. He really should have called ahead or ordered online. Come on dude! So I waited for what was probably a solid 3 minutes, but it felt like forever as my dog began screaming bloody murder as if she was being beaten. She is a beagle and extremely vocal. Mind you, she was fine, just scared. As the scene escalated people including the workers started staring wondering what was going on. I finally piped up as no one was acknowledging me and shouted to see if my order was there, and then was told it hadn’t even been made yet. Annoyed that I did my part and arrived at a decent time, allowing them extra time to prepare my easy order, I obviously immediately walked out to my dog, all with watchful eyes of horror as people thought my dog was pure evil and abused or something. Completely embarrassed I sat outside for a good 10 minutes to make sure it was done, for real this time. Then ran in and grabbed it and left. This is what should have been the case during my first entry. I was super pissed and embarrassed. This chipotle is closest to my house and is generally always busy. They have plenty of staff to allow for one person to be on top of the online orders and to hand them off especially when it is paid for ahead of time. I feel like chipotle dropped the ball on this one and I’m not pleased. Get it together chipotle! The other locations seem to be much more on point with service.

I am not happy with the staff at this location. I have ordered quesadillas with cheese, beans and veggies. I get charged $ 3.65 for this meal(and have receipts to prove it). Tonight I go for dinner and they are wanting to charge me $ 7.00 for the exact same thing. I am told that if I don’t get veggies then it will be $ 3.65. So you’re charging me over $ 3 for a few pieces of pepper & onion? How does that make sense? I explained that I’d never been charged $ 3.35 to add add vegetables or beans, but apparently this is equivalent to an entire burrito with everything. I do not think so! They were not even apologetic for this incident. My experience was horrible, doubt that I will ever return.

Do you like the tacos at chipotle? If so, avoid this location. Every time I order tacos here they pretty much just end up making me a burrito bol that has tortillas in it. It is not that hard to make a soft taco correctly. They are getting it wrong over and over again here.

Chipotle is high on my list of places to go and I’m willing to stand in line during the busy hours to get my burrito bowl. My ONLY complaint is the lack of clean tables. Every time I go in I have to look around for the least dirty table or clean a table myself while the staff is visiting in the back. My last visit was at 2 p.m. and only a few customers and yet all the tables were dirty. If I were the manager, I would work on this.

Sadly, the employees at this Chipotle are absolutely awful. The last two times my wife and I have been there resulted in arguments with the staff! Unbelievable! These are not 1-off cases, it’s every time we go. Not all managers and leaders understand the importance of creating a positive company culture, and whoever runs this location has their people treating guests like garbage. The lady that served me couldn’t even muster a smile when she began helping people, they act completely annoyed to be working and treat you as an inconvenience. Two employees on the line were literally talking about new jobs they were getting! One was so rude and condescending when I asked a question about the fajita veggies that I actually had to TELLHER how unbelievable rude she was being. What a joke… The other day my wife ordered online and when she got there, the staff made a huge deal to her because she was picking it up «early». No one in line mind you, so rather than make your guest uncomfortable, make the order. Someone here needs to get a clue, because there are plenty of places to eat in Waldo where employees actually value their guests and treat you like royalty. Because MYMONEY keeps you in business, and I have no problem spending it somewhere else(which I will now be doing). We will see if Chipotle even responds to this feedback.

Broken fryer this time ! Yet everytime I come something is wrong, what’s with management? I’ve also experienced a broken register where I could get no receipt. The line this visit was filthy! I have photos to share as well. This location is a black mark on the name and quality of food, service and cleanliness you can typically expect of a chipotle — someone needs to take notice and get some corporate oversight on here to shape this location up.

I like this Chipotle. Good carnitas fajita bowl with guacamole. Parking might be a little crowded, but food is good & you might run into someone you know in this location, since it’s pretty centralized.

I was going to give this location a decent review, probably a 3 or 4 star because the employees were really nice, the line moved quickly, but the music was up way too loud. But the next day I found out that my friend was up all night with food poisoning from their steak burrito. He was the only one in our party of 7 that got steak, so thankfully none of the rest of us got sick. Since my friend spent the night kneeled over a toliet, I’m under the ogligation to give this location only 1 star.

If you’re looking for fast food that is a bit more healthful than the standard fare, if you’re looking for a meal that is made fresh and to order, if you’re looking for a burrito the size of your head, then Chipotle is the restaurant you’re looking for. Chipotle is a fast-food restaurant with a limited menu, but it caters to diners who know what they want. Diners choose a meat(steak, chicken, shredded pork or vegetarian) and a preparation(burrito, fajita burito, burrito bowl, tacos or salad) and continue down the line of ingredients(choice of beans: black or pinto, choice of salsa: mild, medium or hot, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and/or guacamole). Chipotle is nothing fancy – it is what it is – but for a quick meal in the Waldo area, Chipotle is worth a visit.

You know… I could write a review for several locations and pad my review count… but I will stick with my home location. The insanely busy Waldo corner. I love Chipotle. I love the speed. I love the price. I love the open prep area. I love the meats. I love the white cheese. I love the fact they have black beans. I love the cleanliness. And the folks working there are pretty friendly most of the time. I only hate the calories, so I split a burrito with my lovely lady. :)
