I have given up on the possibility of this store being what it once was. Every time I’ve been in this past year I have had to wait no less than 20 minutes to be served. One time I was the only customer but they wouldn’t come out of the back! The ice cream is either not frozen solid enough or the stone is too warm so I’ve had to eat my «like it» size so fast as not to have to drink it. Today I asked for a little more fudge which would’ve been the equivalent to the norm only to be told it was .75 more. The reason? They are no longer a corporate store so the owners can do whatever they want. That’s ok owners, I will take my money somewhere else thank you.
Corporate, they are giving you a bad name. If I were corporate I would make them take my name off there building.

I am horribly disappointed. I bought a $ 31 birthday cake for my husband and it was the ugliest thing I had ever seen. The cashier looked smug and sort of giggled under her breath, when she handed it to me. It was all white icing, which was smeared all over the cake base and with baby blue lettering. No design, no pipping, just crap. The handwriting looked like a 13-year-old boy wrote it. It looked like they forgot to put the ‘28^th’ on the cake and squeezed it in where they could fit it. I had to go to hobby lobby and pick up a cake decorating kit, just so I didn’t have to give the embarrassment of a cake to my husband. I will NEVER buy a cake from them again and will steer others away, as well. It is FAR too expensive to be so poorly crafted. What a shame.

The 2 stars that I gave was because I like the taste of the ice cream. The service we received was lacking in many ways. Stopped in there on our lunch break on our way back and we all thought we would grab a quick treat to finish off lunch. Walked in and there was no one to greet us when we came in. Finally a lady came from behind (no smile, really looking like she didn’t want to be there), and I told her what I wanted and she just seemed like we were inconveniencing her by ordering. We were almost late for work because she had no clue on how to multitask.

ice cream is good. you throw reeses peanut butter cups in anything with some fudge sauce and it is awesome.
I got the «OURS» which is way too big for one person, but I tend to go overboard with my sweets anyway.
It was delish.
They do lots of business and always seem to have a line, so they must be doing something right.
I like it!!!
