Watch out customers and travelers, the owners of the inn may think you steel their towels and charge you extra bills without your awareness. If you go back and find that there is an extra charge on your bank account, you call them and they will never listen to you.

We were going to be in KCMO over night and needed a room for a family of five. We had booked in advance of the trip and had no problem with our reservation being what we booked and the price we were directly quoted. We had booked a two room suite due to the number we had in our party and it was sufficient for us. I was very pleased to see that the suite had two bathrooms which was a nice benefit. There was also a microwave and small fridge in the room that did function. I don’t have any ‘real’ complaints about the rooms cleanliness other than the carpet was a bit squishy which always says ‘dirty’ to me and that was confirmed with a small child who had dirty feet soon after her bath. The staff was very accommodating and left a good impression on my husband. I did not like that the street the motel is located on is a business/industrial street and there was no local grocery store for emergency rations nor a selection of eating establishments. My eldest child did spend some time in the pool and she had some complaints about the pool side construction leaving her itchy, but was glad the summer time relief was available. All in all the rate was decent for the accommodations and we might be inclined to try them again if a similar situation presents itself.

This hotel was pretty much average. The room was clean, but smelled a little funny. It wasn’t the easiest place in the world to find, but it was very easy to get to Arrowhead Stadium in the morning. The Staff was top notch. Helpful and courteous. The breakfast the morning was also pretty good. They had all sorts of choices from cold serial to waffles and biscuits and gravy.
