Element Wellness Spa Studio

I came here for three treatments of Fraxel (aka laser resurfacing) and had a wonderful experience. Hannah is truly skilled and just a really nice person in general. The process is painful, but her expertise made it much more tolerable and my healing time was much shorter than when I’d had this procedure done in the past. It’s expensive, but I really recommend it to anyone with acne scarring. It really works and you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful staff and overall experience. They were professional and approachable. Easily accessible for scheduling and follow up. I will absolutely be back for Botox.

Hannah and Dr Logan are masters at their craft. If you’re going for the natural look but need want to stay well-​rested and young looking, the IS THE place to go. Hannah’s derma planing is amazing!

I really do love coming here. It is so convenient and the staff is great! Dr. Logan always gives you the best advice when it comes to botox and the results are amazing every time! Hanah is great too because she always takes care of you and ensures you have the best experience possible. The whole spa atmosphere is very relaxing and not stuffy at all like some spas that I have been. Its quick, convenient and fits perfectly in my crazy schedule.

I can echo the sentiments of the staff not answering the phone and if your appt is during a class time, parking nearby can be limited. I’m glad that others had a good experience but mine was not. I live in the Brookside/​Plaza area but typically drive to south Leawood for spa treatments. Element is in my neighborhood and was recommended by two friends. I found the aesthetician to be professional and helpful, but not Dr. Logan. Perhaps she was having a bad day but when the filler injection disappeared after just a few days I came back in after having Hahna look at me and her taking a picture for Dr. Logan. She never got close to me to look at my lip area. As I said to Hahna (and we had a very professional and candid talk), I had hoped the filler would last longer than the bruising. Dr. Logan slammed my file shut, said she would refund my money and for me to find another practice. She then walked out of the room. Our encounter lasted less than 5 minutes. I was embarrased for Hahna who looked like she wanted to drop through the floor. My fee minus the cost of Botox was refunded. I talked with a doctor friend who has a medical spa in St. Louis and he said, while not common, it does happen for filler not to take effect. He usually waits a couple of weeks and re-​injects with a different filler. Under no circumstances would he ever leave a patient unless they were abusive. I was not. I hope my experience is the exception, but what ever her issue was that day, I could not recommend this spa. I will go back my usual practice out south; they may not offer many specials but they are thorough, professional, and courteous.

I have been to many places/​offices for aesthetic services and I’m VERY impressed with Dr. Logan!
A) the space is appealing, professional, focused on total wellness & a treat to visit.
B) Dr. Logan has a great eye and soft touch.
C) I love a place that is social-​media connected and interested in outstanding customer service.
I will be back.

Just had my first visit to Element Wellness and felt very comfortable there. I genuinely felt like they were there to make me look and feel better, not just to sell me products and services. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Dr. Logan.

Have enjoyed both of my visits to Element Wellness. I use to drive out south for my treatments but love having a skill professional in my neighborhood. Dr. Kelly has been spot on. Check them out. It’s worth it.

I went for Botox, and the practitioner is top-​notch — no issues at all with the service I received. However, the biggest downside to Element is their reception staff. They don’t seem to answer the phone very much during business hours. If you leave a voicemail message, it takes quite a while for them to get back to you. They aren’t the friendliest bunch I’ve encountered. I also wasn’t able to get the online appointment scheduler on their website to work. If I can’t book an appointment, I guess I won’t be going back.

Just wanted to update this review. I’ve been back numerous time and have been satisfied with my spa treatment each visit. This spa is more on the expensive side, but I’ve found that it is worth it. Still 5 stars!

While close to my house, I probably won’t go back to this place. I had a groupon and got a vitamin c facial. It was okay, but they didn’t do extractions and I felt my skin was overly ‘gunked up” when I left. Parking was also an issue. There is NEVER enough parking in Brookside.
