Excellent customer service, great selection of items, fair prices. I enjoyed shopping here for Kansas City souvenirs.

Typically I don’t go to gift shops, especially touristy souvenir shops, but I needed a few postcards. They don’t have a huge selection, but they do have some Kansas City-​specific items and the prices aren’t as bad as you can run into at other similar stores.
I always laugh a little when souvenir shops sell basic polyresin figurinesl, but people seem to buy them, so I’m not going to fault them for that.

When a customer enters an establishment it’s generally because they believe there is something worth their time spent, something they may want to buy. Upon entering this shop we were greeted with a very curt «we’re closing in a few minutes». No eye contact, not even so much as a hint that our business was welcome. It was 3:45pm. In the 5 minutes we were there, I made a cursory glance, mentally noting what was to be the contents of my purchase, and with 10 minutes to spare we were unceremoniously shown the door. The store instantly lost $$-$$$ of income in just 5 minutes from myself alone. It’s worth noting that we were not the only customers there at the time. Bad business all the way around.
