The Fed ex distribution center is horrible. Today they were not able to deliver 600 plus packages and they were very un accommodating in trying to help resolve. I took off today to receive the package. They did not care. Chris, did not return calls twice to me, and Dianne hung up. Their excuse was not enough people to do the work. I always use ups for this reason. The retail store was the shipper and selected fed ex. My advice is never use fed ex.

This location is a perfect example of low level retail«service» centers that represent otherwise reputable companies. The staff appear to have been trained in public relations/problem solving by Coco the monkey. It is extraordinary to be blamed for a mis-delivery when it is the fault of the company’s management that fail to update customer delivery data. We have been told 4 or more times in the past year that our address had been cross referenced for our old and new house numbers, and that we would not have the inconvenience to drive to this center to pick up deliveries. UPS. The US Postal Service. They don’t have problems with a re platted development and delivering without incident. WHY does FedEx have a problem, and why do the poorly trained staff make the problem worse?! Truely deplorable customer service! It is a genuine mystery that people like these have jobs when so many others are unemployed.
