Good shoe selection, but they are very understaffed. It should be expected that weekends will bring in more customers, so having 2 people working with customers and the register leads to frustrated customers and is a threat to the business. The customer service was good, but the wait we had was ridiculous

Stopped in here to pick up some shoes for my nephew. I was greeted promptly and assisted and out in 5 minutes. Good selection. A little pricey but that’s the nature of these over-​priced shoes in the first place. Not something I’d buy for myself but…

Service was good, product was good, everything was decent overall. My only complaint is that they grabbed the wrong size for me twice before finally getting it right. It wasn’t busy, as I was the only customer there, so they couldn’t have gotten sizes mixed up between myself and another customer. But, people make mistakes and it only cost me a couple minutes of time.
