Innovation Cafe

I was a customer here for over two years. Since they moved to their most recent location on 10^th Street, the overall quality of service has steadily declined.
The bathrooms appear to be cleaned at most once per week. I’m not sure that the carpet is ever vacuumed. The kitchen has no dishwasher, and no dish soap is provided. When asked if I could have some actual drawer space in one of the desks that I rent, the owner condescendingly replied that he «is not in the business of selling storage».
Well, guess what? If you’re in the business of providing modern office space, then you’re in the business of providing the necessities of a modern office space, including regular cleanings of the bathrooms and office spaces and the providing of necessary furniture (including desk storage space).
The last straw for me, however, is the fact that my rates – and that of others – have been arbitrarily increased. That’s the downside of not signing a lease for your office space, I suppose.
There are at least a few other competitors to the Innovation Café that have much saner prices. Don’t waste your time.
Edit (2015-​02-​01): After canceling service, they have charged me again for another month of service.
