My husband and I love iPho Tower. We have been to both locations but the one on Independence is my favorite. The Seafood Phở is great, mainly because the broth is so delicious. The service is always excellent and we love talking with Choy when he is there. Their boba is also great. They are never very busy, so there is always parking available.

Very good food! Everything is fresh and yummy. Best banh mi sandwich in the city, and really good phở. This is our family’s favorite restaurant.

Nifty spot over on Independence Avenue. iPhoTower has a surprisingly large interior, which looks good for groups starting or ending a night on the town. We came here on a Sunday morning, so the atmosphere was relaxed and quiet. But, to your main question if you’re reading this: Is the phở good? Yes, the phở is good. You’ll have a good meal here. We also tried the chicken curry — it wasn’t my favorite that I’ve had in town, but it’s really hard to top Le Monde. Looking forward to coming back for the lunch special, that seems to be the way to go. I’ll try a few other things on the menu just to see, but you certainly won’t ever go wrong with the phở. Recommended for fans of delicious Vietnamese soups, casual wordplay, or eating in a place that feels like a Vietnamese restaurant that was turned into a nightclub and then converted back to a restaurant(but in a good way).

Really great Phở! The broth is delicate and they give you a good amount. The lunch special is a particularly good deal. Perfect for those chilly winter days!

It had been a very long time since I came back to this area for some phở. This place used to be Phở Hoa, but it closed and re-opened as iPhoTower. I haven’t been to the other iPhoTower location and I know the other location closed a lot later. The other location had a full bar which was probably why it stayed opened much later than this location. Anyways, the small parking lot was still the same as it was before except there was no building next to it. The décor of this place was changed a little bit to match the iPhoTower theme but was the same layout as before. It wasn’t busy during lunch around 12pm on a Wednesday. I ordered the Phở Steak under the lunch special(Monday-Friday from opening –3pm) which was $ 7.49; otherwise, the normal price was $ 7.95. There was only one size to choose from. My coworker ordered the BBQ Pork Buns($ 1.95 during the lunch special or $ 5.95 outside of the lunch special) and the Bun Bo Hue($ 8.95). We waited a few minutes before the BBQ Pork Buns came out. The BBQ Pork Buns were good and didn’t require any additional sauces. The Phở broth was tasty and similar to Phở Hoa. Everything in the Phở was delicious and the portion was enough for one person. Good place for some phở! I believe this place closes at 8pm on weekdays, 7pm on weekends and opens at 9am every day.

If this is the place on Broadway, I really love this place and come here often. I like the Vietnamese food found in Texas but not California. I don’t know why but the Ca Phở places in Ca seemed to pack their Phở with tripe but take it out at the last second if you didn’t want it. So when I move in around the block from this place I was kept my fingers crossed. Happy to say the Phở is the best I’ve ever had. I’ve also had a few of the other dishes. I heard that the chicken curry is the best in town. It is very good but does make me worry that a good curry may be hard to find in KC. Their lunch specials are a great price. You can get out of there for lunch under $ 10. On Wed. they have 2 for 1 Phở. Can’t beat that. I seem to becoming here twice a week for Phở. So happy.

For those of us that have been around KC for a few years, you will recognize the location of the new I Phở Tower as the old Scimaca’s Market. It is in a very sketchy area but the abandoned motel that hides it from view is being torn down and should remove some the bad elements that used that corner for nefarious purposes. The restaurant is nestled in between an african market and restaurant. I ordered carry out, but the very attractive and slightly funky tiki bar feel made me want to stay. I had the pork vermicelli plate. Excellent. Crispy grilled sliced pork, clear noodles, sprouts, cucumbers, lettuce, green onions, and a sweet tangy oil based dressing. I ordered the steak phở for my wife which she loved, other than the steak slices were very rare. Phở is probably one food that shouldn’t be ordered to go, just because the assembly is never done as well 20 minutes after it should have been eaten. The spring rolls were fine but the Crab Rangoon was some the best I’ve had.
