It took 1.5 hours to get my sandwich today; it was being delivered to school just a few blocks down. I called 50 min after I placed my online order and talked to a girl who said they were running about an hour behind and that it was out and on its way. 40 min later I still did not receive a call (my instructions said to call me when you arrive because I would be in the basement of the building). They left it at the front desk without a call. I went up to check and there it was. I called and talked to a manager who lied and told me they had everything out on time today. Very poor service, manager was absolutely useless. I’ll order somewhere else next time.

Jimmy John’s is pretty alright, and if you’ve had it once, you’ve had it a million times.
A convenient lunch spot with good delivery is always something to appreciate, and for this I do enjoy occasionally getting some JJ’s, even if the sandwiches aren’t going to blow your mind.
The whole vibe of Jimmy John’s always reminds me of college with younger workers, well-​priced sandwiches and late night hours. I’ll say that their long French bread is consistently better than the Club sandwich style bread. I feel like the Club sandwich style is pretty dry and needs an (un)healthy dose of mayonnaise to get by.
My go-​to here is the Big John with roast beef, tomato, shredded lettuce and a bit of mayo. It’s always filling enough on it’s own so this is usually all I get. Also beware, they charge extra for cheese here and it can rack your bill up higher than one might expect!
If you’re craving a good sub or need a quick lunch, this is a solid choice near Westport.

From the time I hit that send button on the computer until someone with a smile appears at my house is always between six and ten minutes. Love it! I like the variety and am so thankful for the Unwich as I need to stay gluten-​free. Special thanks to David who delivered my Unwich yesterday. He said when he heard there was a «no contact with bread» order, he told the others he’d prepare it. When he delivered it he wanted to be sure I knew he’d kept it free of direct and secondary contact with bread. He has a family member and a friend who need gluten-​free, too, so he takes extra special care because he understands. I appreciate that kind of dedication. The only suggestions I have is a wish for a gluten-​free cookie for dessert and a request that some of the drivers go a little slower in the residential areas. David drove just fine but sometimes I see drivers going way too fast.

My go-​to lunch place. They are delivering within a few minutes after I get off the phone. The drivers are always very nice. Once in a while, you can catch them at a bad time and it will take a little longer than normal for delivery. However, 99% of the time they are freaky fast.

I used to love Jimmy Johns. This place used to be fast and fresh. Recently it has taken forever for deliveries of sandwiches on days old bread. My sandwich today pushed me over the edge. Turkey slime on croûton bun. My gums hurt the bread was so hard. Not really sure what to say other than that.

Fast, friendly and efficient! I usually order here on the weekends at work when I cannot leave my desk. I just order the sandwich with wheat multi bread and drink water. NOT A FAN OF THE CHIPS !

Love the fast delivery for lunch. You can order last minute & food will be there in less than 20 min depending on where u live! Fresh ingredients. Try it unwich style. ;)

We have used this location since it opened. Suddenly, they do not deliver to our neigborhood, even though the delivery boundry is the same. After we waited for 30 minutes, they finally called and said they were not going to deliver. Eat anywhere else, Mr. GoodSense, Quiznos, Subway, anywhere but here.

Overpriced, not friendly & their drivers are a menace on the road. «Subs so fast, you’ll freak» is just asking for a car accident, or worse. Roanoke & Terrace are both 30mph roads. Their drivers act like it they are drag racing. If you offer an «UnWich» why charge the same amount as a regular sandwich? Will not be going there again.

Don’t waste your time. I’ve been here about 7 times, and have only gotten 1 order correct. The only reason I kept going was since it’s close to my work, and I get very lazy– but last night was the last. I ordered a vito for my niece and got a beach club, which she didn’t like. The employees also aren’t very friendly. If I really want Jimmy Johns I order from the other Westport location.

The last 2 times I’ve ordered from this location it has taken well over half an hour. Insane. This place used to be wicked fast. Also the mayo was hot. I don’t know how they managed that, but gross.

Jimmy John’s is a perfect-​sized, cheap dinner… and an even better late night drinking snack!
This Westport location has the standard menu. I prefer the Vegetarian, a six inch scrumptious, provolone-​heavy sandwich with a super-​yummy, yummy avocado/​mayo spread, with fresh greens (lettuce, sprouts, cucumber, and tomato) on French bread. For meat lovers, the Beach Club is the same version of this sandwich with turkey.
Also, make sure to grab a bag of jalapeño chips.
The best parking is in front of the store on Roanoke – there is also parking off Westport Road.
