I had Jim’s Lock and Safe move a safe for me and the 2 men that did the move were great. The problem started after the move. I tried to pay the movers upon completion of the delivery with a credit card. They told me to call the office and they would take care of it. I called the office and I was told the person that handles that was on the phone and would call me right back. I called them at 4:22, and I received the return call at 5:13. I was driving home and wasn’t going to try and pay with a credit card while driving. I told him I would be home in 5 minutes and I would call him back. He told me that the phones had been forwarded and that it would be easier for him to call me back in 10 minutes. I waited for more than 30 minutes, before leaving for the evening. He finally called back at 5:47 and left a voice mail. Over the next 2 hours and 7 minutes he left, by his own admission 50 messages and texts to me. He then drove to my house and left a note taped to my garage door and one taped to my front door. This was all for a bill that wasn’t even 6 hours old, that I had tried to pay on 2 occasions. I will never do business with them again. The person that did all of this is Jim

Jason just came and installed a new handle and lock on our front door. He did an absolutely EXCELLENT job!!! I am so happy with his workmanship. friendliness, positive attitude, and the extra thought he put into solving the door problem that made the installation of a door handle difficult. He is obviously a hard worker, takes pride in the job he does, and is professional too!!! I would certainly recommend him to anyone who needs lock or key service performed. Thanks for a GREAT experience.
