This place has been horrible for some time. i cant believe corporate doesn’t sitting here on sunday at 515 with a sign stating sorry no drive through until 5 so i pull up to window to see 3 lazy employees standing around while 3 people are i guess waiting for them to reopen?

Words can barely describe the complete incompetence of the location other than dirty, unapologetic, unappreciative, and lacking standards. First, the service time from ordering to receiving your order is unbearable. Second, the tables and floor are dirty. In 25 minutes of waiting for my order, not one employee cleaned or picked up trash from the dining room. Third and most infuriating, a fish place during Lent on Friday evening was out of hush puppies… It sounds minor, but waiting for 25 minutes in a filthy restaurant watching the complete lack of hygiene by the cashier sacking orders, handling tongs and taking money, never washing or sanitizing his hands made me worry about another outbreak of disease in Kansas City metropolitan area. Avoid the location at all cost! Please don’t do it. I will update this«review» if I get contacted from my survey. My update(replied in one day): «Thank you for sharing your experience with us. At KFC, we value our guests and take pride in providing you with great tasting chicken, exceptional sides and service. Please accept our sincerest apology for not meeting your expectations. I just tried to visit KFC and give them my money for dinner, but no one even bothered to ask me what I wanted through the drive-through speaker. Adele called, she wants her song back… «Hello…»

Disgusting! We ordered a family meal and it wasn’t even edible. We were told to wait for fresh fish and chicken … The fish was under cooked and soaked in grease. It was like someone fried the fish in oil that was not quit hot enough. So they put this half raw greasy sponge fish on top of the 4 pieces of chicken we order and it was all a total soggy mess. I could of sucked the grease out of the bucket w a straw. The French fries were old and not good. The hush puppies were so old and hard you couldn’t chew them up. Never again EVER! Hope I don’t have explosive diarrhea tomorrow.

Absolute worse experience I have ever had in my life. The workers are completely incompetent and literally after you order food from this establishment you MUSTCHECKYOURFOOD !!! They consistently get my order and when I try and make a formal complaint they are nonchalant and callous about the situation.

Boneless Original Recipe. Great move. Tastes pretty good, but, it’s fast food. How good can it be? There’s a lower ceiling and I think KFC gets pretty close with this boneless chicken move.

I placed my order and pulled around to be asked if I minded substitution for my order. After some discussion I was told it would take 45 minutes to cook chicken for my order. So I took my business elsewhere I don’t believe it takes 45 minutes to make chicken at a chicken place. What I do believe is the person in charge was lazy and didn’t want to do the work to fill my order and wanted to pass off something else. This was such a major fail for KFC that it will be a long time before I go back. This happened Tuesday March 29th at about 8:45pm just in case someone wants to follow up with their business and staff.

The one star reflects my last visit: 7:38pm on a Sunday. Went through the drive through and they said they didn’t have any chicken. I stalled and they reluctantly told me that it would be 10 more minutes before they had anymore. I pulled into a parking spot and waited. Ten minutes later, I walk in and they tell me it will be five more minutes. I sit and watch Spongbob with no sound for another five minutes. They didn’t offer me a drink while I waited. It was finally time to order and I made my way back to the cashier and placed my order. I asked for no thighs and she wants to know what I want to substitute with and I suggest a breast and wing. I figure for the wait they wouldn’t mind upgrading my substitution with a breast. They didn’t go for it… they didn’t apologize. They just didn’t care. Wait 15 minutes for chicken at the chicken place just to get chicken and they don’t even try to make it right. For shame.
