Low Kick Camp is an amazing gym. I was a bit nervous about getting back into working out after many years of sitting behind a desk. I was surprised how helpful everyone was from the trainer to other students. I went in for the first time and the lead instructor, Bryan Carroll, welcomed me and asked about my fitness level and experience with Muay Thai. At the time both were about zero. He was able to set me up with a slightly customized workout plan that was perfect for my fitness level without making me feel bad for letting my cardio get so far out of wack. This is a unique gym, they have students training for fights as well as students just trying a new way to get into shape. I have been working out at Low Kick Camp for almost a year now. Walking into this Muay Thai gym was a great happenstance. I feel better, look better, and more importantly I am much healthier. If you are bored of the mundane gym and ready to meet some great people you should check this place out. There is also classes for kids and personal training available.
