Marshall’s MegaStore

Stuff galore! Come here for quick stop overs to see what is in season and in stock. Lots of kids stuff, small furnishing, seasonal and holiday decorations, etc. Sometimes you snag a bargain, sometimes not. Either way, it’s a nice stop in Zona Rosa.

Great place to find a good deal on everything you need and do not need. I shop there so frequently that the employees recognize me and suggest new items they just received. Employees are nice and extremely helpful. A fun place to get a bargain!

I love Marshalls & Home Goods and since this one is right down the road from me & in a good location, I think my expectations were a bit too high. It’s typical in the sense that it is hit or miss, however, it’s unfortunate that the miss far outnumber the hits I have.
The clothing section for women is meh. I think I’ve only bought one thing from that section out of all the times I’ve been. The shoes are ok, lots of casual options to choose from for sure. Can’t say too much about the men’s selection since I always pass it up.
The Home Goods side is fine, but limited. I’ve been to many TJ Maxxs’ and Marshalls stores that have better home sections. It always seems kind of… empty, like they are in the middle of restocking. When I lived in Saint Louis, the Home Goods I frequented was amazing & had SO many things. But, like I said, I think I just had high expectations.
One thing that I really do like about it (aside from the good location) is the staff. They are always super friendly, willing to help and are easy with returns. I will undoubtedly keep visiting this place, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed that maybe they’ll start getting in more stuff.

This Marshalls is pretty cool to me. I go mostly for the Home Goods side, which is never a let down for me. I typically find whatever it is that I need. Most of the time I find more than what I need which means I overspend. No different than any other time. Having a home will do that to you. Liking quality things will do that to you. Finding them at a good price. There is an art to that. I am somewhat of a Picasso on that subject.
They do have a good amount of ladies fragrances and clothing whenever I go. The clothes are sporadic more than anything else. I can say that they have probably one of the bigger selections of Big and Tall men’s clothing than I have seen in a Marshalls in Kansas City.
They also have a redonkulous amount of luggage. The only thing I can come up with is that it is so close to the airport.
Give them a try. You never know what you are going to get.

Sometimes you can find great deals here and sometimes it’s a bust.
If you are looking for older girl clothes you might as well not waste the time in going there. They had zero selection in my daughter’s size (14 girls) for dresses or skirts.
The Homegoods side is great, IMO! I haven’t been to an exclusive Homegoods store but my Mom tells me it will ruin you for the Marshall’s/Homegoods combo store so she won’t go there. Their toy selection is small but you can find good prices on what they do have. I have picked up a few items I haven’t seen anywhere else, including Toys R Us.
It is worth checking them out when you aren’t set on a certain item or in a hurry.

This Marshall’s is much like any other Marshall’s I’ve been to. Basically, it’s hit or miss. Sometimes I find a ton of stuff (and get some great deals), and other times I don’t find anything.
I do like that it’s located in Zona Rosa, and find the store to be generally clean and fairly well organized (as organized as this sort of store can be!), though it’s annoying that they move things around so often. I mean, really — do you HAVE to keep switching around the location of menswear, etc?
Shopping at a Marshall’s is an exercise in patience, and you have to either know exactly what you want (ie: a decently priced button down white shirt) or be in the mood to browse and look through a bunch of crap in order to find something buyable. I have to say that usually, if I have a game plan in mind, such as when I was indeed looking for a white button down shirt, I have had success and managed to get what I was looking for without spending a ton of money. As I’m a thrifty sort of person, I’m always pleased when I find decent clothes for cheap, so yes, Marshall’s is A-​OK.

This is an average to below average Marshall’s in terms of selection, size and variety.
The location is decent (Zona Rosa).
The person checking me out kept complaining about the couple before me who didn’t speak English very well, or in her words «they didn’t speak English very good». Ahem.
