At the drive thru and they were out of café mochas. When we get to the window the manager says guess what u can get you a café mocha now if you want to buy it. Lol… Really… Dude… we just paid. The right thing was to just give me a small one for free. He said they were cleaning it.

I was pleased when they started serving breakfast all day. I love Egg McMuffins and the hash browns. Stopped in at 2 p.m. for a «second breakfast» and was disappointed with half of my order. The McMuffin was warmish and the meat was hard as a rock around the edges. I waited 3 minutes for the hash browns and was happy with the item. If I hadn’t been so hungry, I would have asked them to re-do the McMuffin. I had a much better experience at the store in North Kansas City. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Oh well… Odd note: One of the employees was sweeping the crud off the floor and someone behind the counter kept asking her what she was doing. I could see what she was doing, doofus. Why couldn’t you? To her credit, she kept sweeping and did not respond.

Just stopped by for a drink. Convenient and easy to get in and out of.

I eat at this McDonald’s frequently because it is close to my house and every time that I do, I ask myself why I keep going back?!? The food is never hot! And I mean each and every time, it is lukewarm! Ate there again last night, during the busy evening meal and my quarter pounder was room temperature. Even the«Hot Apple Pie» was barely warm! What is the deal McDonalds? Get it hot!

This McDonald’s is a little above average as far as the service is concerned. However, on occasion, they have messed up a few orders of mine, but they have always made it right.

Avoid this McDs at all cost. I’ve never been here without a major problem. If they’re not giving me the wrong order then I’m waiting upwards of 20 minutes for even the simplest of orders. Sometimes I have to wait that long and still get the wrong order. The only reason I return to this place is because it’s on the way home from work. Management seems to not care if you’ve got a problem. I’ve had them not even stop to listen to me and just walk by giving a rehearsed response in an «I don’t have time for you tone». I’ve seen countless customers just walk out without their food because they were tired of waiting. I’ve also seen them throw half filled orders into the microwave because it’s gone cold waiting for the rest of the order. If you’re there for breakfast just go to IHOP down the block. You’ll use up the same amount of time from your day and have a much more enjoyable time. Hell, go to the gas station next door and get a microwave sandwich and you’ll have a much more enjoyable experience. There is another McDs 2 miles north on Prarie View that is exemplary in customer service. I’m sure they’re both owned by the same franchisee but if enough people abandon the 64th location maybe the owners will see the problem and straighten this place out.

Clean and gives me the right food fast. Do check your fries because they sometimes will give you old fries… Just send it back and they will make you a fresh batch.

I went there last week and ordered an Angus Bacon and Cheese meal, only to get home and realize that I had been given an Angus Mushroom and Swiss. gross. So I went back to the store to ask for my meal to be replaced. and they asked for my reciept. I told them that I did not have it, but gave them my honest word that I had purchased the meal. and they told me they would not replace my food. So I paid them 8 dollars so I could get a disgusting sandwich I’m not gonna eat, and they refused to give me what I had ordered and paid for. I understand this behavior at a McDonalds on Prospect or the Paseo. but not one in this area. Try being neighborly. The McDonalds at I-29 and Barry road, only 2 miles away, is REALLYREALLY nice. They fix any issues without questions asked, and they also dont charge $.15 a sauce like this hideous location. The reason I have been given for the difference in customer service and prices between the 2 locations– there is a different owner. Well, I hope that owner is happy, because they just lost me as a customer FORLIFE. and that’s not a joke. If you value trustworthy, kind, and reasonable service, drive down Prairie View, 2 miles, and go to the other McDonalds. It’s well worth it.
