I stopped here one night to get some de-icer for the windshields and to check on a flasher for my truck. A lot of these places really don’t cater to customer service and we all have to put on our big boy/big girl pants when patronizing these places because you will probably get ignored or grunted at by some of these guys. Let’s face it. A lot of them lack basic social skills. That’s just the way it is. And customer service? Fuhget about it… On this particular night, there were 3 young men I think and they were chit-chatting but two of them acknowledged me and one immediately came over and asked me if he could help me, which he did. I wasn’t in there long, thank goodness, and I did get my question answered. I had similar experiences when stopping in here in the past. That’s why I keep going back.

Six workers in the back. SIXWORKERS! Now that’s a rarity at an auto parts store. However, there’s only two other customers besides myself in the entire store. apparently their problems are sooooooo critical, each has already spent 10 minutes with that customer. Meanwhile stupid me is screwed into waiting for help because I’m on my way to the airport and I need an air freshener for my car(The gas nozzle at a gas station malfunctioned, spilled gas all over my car and the smell was coming into the car.) I’m frantically searching the crap out of the store thinking I’m just a blind idiot and I can’t find the air freshener section. I mean, it’s got to have an air freshener section, right? Anyway, after 15 minutes, someone decides to help me and tell me that the air fresheners are hiding BEHIND the counter. Now since when does anyone find air freshener behind the counter? Is it that we are trying to keep people from stealing them like cigarettes or something? This place is weak.
