Great location, reasonable prices and awesome people working the store front. If that’s what it was all about…5 stars! Unfortunately, I judge by my satisfaction with the finished product. They have great weeks and not so great weeks. I just don’t like repressing shirts for collar tips folded, pocket button flaps with the corners flipped and pressed, buttons replaced with not quite the right button (when the were extras on the shirttail) and 4″ strings hanging from the new buttons. They are aware of the inconsistencies and always redo for free. It appears the quality control inspectors don’t have a discerning eye for details… unfortunately, I do… I still use them because of location, hours and their people.

I use Pride Cleaners about twice a month and have never had a bad experience. They are timely, friendly, and do a great job. It’s an added bonus that they always have printable coupons on their site, too! Saving a litte extra $$$ is always a good thing.
