Terrible customer service at the corporate level. The operator who sold us the service pretty much sold us the moon. The actual service was three times as expensive as we were promised, and they came, unannounced, when we weren’t home, and performed services we weren’t expecting. They then demanded payment for the unexpected services. Switching to Ryan for next year.

Seem to do a good job. Noticed definite improvement in my lawn last year. Never come while I’m home or didn’t bother to see if I’m home if they do. Played a bit of phone tag trying to contact my operator. Their corporate number shows even when the local guy fertilizing your yard calls. i.e. couldn’t call him back. Was hoping for a bit more feedback that I couldn’t get because of this. Tried else where and have come back. Will update once I get my lawn over-seeded.
