Awesome experience!
Came here for Harvest Festival tooling around. Watched apple butter making and historical demos like blacksmithing. They have a TON of authentic buildings to explore. My favorite part was the horse drawn covered wagon ride and all the historical reenactment. The gentleman coaching the horses said during their Christmas celebration they offer sleigh rides. From what I understand they just obtained four buffalo as well – can’t wait! Educational outing and well worth a visit.

Awesome place! The location is on a hill overlooking a beautiful prairie.. The buildings are fairly well maintained and we enjoyed walking around thinking what it must have been like to live 150 years ago.
Overall, I thinks it’s a great way to spend an hour or so on a beautiful day.
