What a great store! The staff are all friendly and knowledgable. I was a newbie and they explained everything to me. There’s like a million flavors to try. It was also a very relaxing atmosphere. There were no pushy sales tactics.

I came here because they had good reviews and it was in the neighborhood. When I called to ask about products the man on the phone was friendly and helpful. I recieved the same level of service when i entered the shop. The E-​juice is good quality and lab certified. Great service that will ensure my return to this store.

Very helpful, and willing to help out and answer any questions you might have without making you feel stupid for asking. I’ve been to a couple of other vape stores and these guys are the most helpful. I drive past two other stores to come here.

BEST VAPE STORE IN KC!
I’ve been to several area vape stores. I love Jon B, the customer service, and the products that Waldo Vapes provides. Jon and Patrick are real knowledgeable, answered all of my stupid newbie questions in a non-​condescending manner, and allowed me to sample. Waldo Vapes carries really amazing premium e-​juice. Waldo Vapes passion for vaping and helping others really shows. As long as the customer service and great products remain, Waldo Vapes will have a customer in me! I feel good about spending my money here, because I believe in local businesses; I believe in rewarding people who have passion that shows; and I love good customer service and great products.

I have tried the e-​cig and was so disappointed I went immediately to hating any electronic device. I had a friend come into town with a vape device and I decided to give hers a try and was shocked at the taste and difference. I have noticed Waldo Vapes before and decided I was going to give it a try and kick the nasty cig habit for good. The owner was extremely helpful, and let me try a variety of flavors. I ended up with slamberry and cappuccino. I have not gone back to cigs and am working on kicking the nicotine habit altogether. I couldn’t have gotten this far without this place!

I visited several cape stores and this one is my favorite. The guys are always friendly and helpful. If you have questions they are glad to answer and don’t treat you like you’re an idiot. They have lots of great flavors and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them.
I went by Waldo Vapes last weekend and bought the best e-​liquid ever! It’s by Vaping Birdy, Snowy Owl. AMAZING! Don’t let the mint scare you off. I don’t like menthol but this stuff is awesome. I could vape it all day! TRY IT!

great sincerely friendly service. I dont leave many reviews this may be my second. i did the old online study and purchase and after going in to waldo vapes i wish i would have saved my time. i usually dont like many sales situations. i went in there in my run around the house clothes and was treated great with patience etc. i was able to try the flavors i was interested in and some of his suggestions and found a couple that i love.(1 being all vg quaks goose juice) he took the time and was very informative on all of the equipment and juices. they had all vg blends as well as mixes and all seemed to be high quality. they seemed to have a good selection of replacement parts, startup deals
pressure of any sort whatsoever. was very pleased coming from a guy that rarely is. lol i would definitively recommend going in to check this place out. this will definitely be my go to vape shop.
