Wendy’s

This location can be hit or miss in service. I have waited forever and also received my food in a timely manner. I am a fan of Wendy’s salads and this location always has fresh ones. They have one of those annoying million option drink towers that cause the drink line to come to a halt and it is never calibrated right, the drinks taste off.

Went through the drive through and I must say it was the rudest experience ever. The staff were actually arguing about who would even answer the speaker with the speaker on. I heard every word. They were still arguing when I drove up to the window. I left without my food or paying, that’s how rude it was. I did call their manager and report the issue. I will try again, as it is close to my office and review them again soon. I know bad employees exist, but this was so loud and obvious that some lead staff or someone should have stepped in.

Went to Wendy’s to get a baked potato. That’s all I planned to order. The lady’s response when I asked for one? «We didn’t make any today.»

The food is good every time I try I never really had a problem I think all the time when I ordered the food was nice and hot

Most of the time you go to a place for the food or the service or maybe even because its convenient. I come to this Wendy’s for all those things but mainly to sit and «people watch». I always find it fascinating all the different walks of life that dine in this restaurant. One corner will be architects with blueprints on the table while catching a bite to eat. At another table a group of high school kids are throwing fries at each other. Filling her soda is a drag queen in a platinum blonde wig, ruby red lipstick and fishnet stockings, while a doctor in scrubs orders a single with cheese. I love it! Its like a melting pot of society that keeps me coming back see who will walk in that door next!

Just don’t.
I’ve been here a few times and every time I seem to forget that it only SEEMS convenient. Service is ALWAYS slow and there is always a line. Drive through, go in… doesn’t matter. If you are there any time close to a regular meal time this is going to be a painful experience.
Food, look, the food is what you expect of a Wendy’s. If you’ve never been to a Wendy’s, well first let me welcome you to this country, secondly, the burgers are typical fast food fare, the fries are crispy but tend to lack much flavor. I’m told the crispy chicken sandwich is good though. Basically, you aren’t eating at Wendy’s for some great food experience. You are there because you are in a hurry or there for convenience or whatever. And that is where this Wendy’s will fail you. Look, the food is fine. Standard and fine. This location isn’t going to disappoint if you know what to expect. But the service is always slow, there is always a line… The cashiers always seem nice enough and like they are doing their best. The kitchen is either understaffed or just incapable of meeting demand or something.
On top of the waiting (lots of it), there is the fact that they have just 1 of the Coke machines that let you pick all your flavor options and crap. One. First off, that is just a bad idea. These machines take longer because people are busy deciding if they want Cherry Vanilla Diet Dr. pepper with extra vanilla and a hint of orange flavor OR Mello Yello with peach and saffron or some crazy shit. On top of that, the machine is located right behind the line The line that is never contained within the corral that Wendy’s feels the need to install in all of its restaurants, like we don’t know how to line up or something. WE’VE BEEN DOING IT SINCE WE WERE CHILDREN, WE CAN FORM A FREAKING LINE! But I digress… The line for the pop machine starts to get in the way of the line waiting to order and vice versa. And there are always spills and the floor disgusting. ALWAYS. Last time I was there, there was also oil on the floor from who knows where and it was a slick mess. It’s a miracle nobody fell.
Move the pop machine, get another one, and figure out how to make food faster. Do those things and maybe this place would be worth the hassle. Until then though, just keep driving. You can probably get food twice as fast at Gates up the street and be far more satisfied.

Nearly every table in the place is dirty, so people are choosing the least dirty table. Meanwhile the manager is sweeping the damn floor.
I’d rather walk on a dirty floor than eat at a dirty table. Priorities

This joint has awful customer service too. Surly, aloof window service. Food tends to be put together much sloppier than is normal for quick lunch crowd. I avoid this place unless I absolutely have to come here… so, I WAS indeed jonesing for Wendy’s. The woman who took my money barely acknowledged my presence. In fact, had she not taken and given me back my debit card, I would not have known if she knew I was there or not. She just stared at me like a lizard. I don’t need someone to get on their knees and adore me but a simple greeting or acknowledgement would be a positive step. Working fast food is a back-​breaking, unappreciated and underpaid job. I GET that. TRUST! I did it a long time ago. But be appreciative or at least moderately polite to your guests. They are paying your salary whether that salary is fair or not.

It shouldn’t be inconvenient to someone’s party time that they tell customers they close early and then LOL «it’s a joke «when all of a sudden three more people lined up behind me and then they said it’s a joke that’s not appropriate and I believe management should be aware of such behavior

Very bad service.

Wow — glad I’m only getting coffee, this place is nasty dirty and it’s only 8am.
Spilled milkshake and trash around the sugar/​ketchup area (and no creamer).
Sit down and look at the floor and there is trash all over — it’s not like it is right after a big rush (the only other person in the store was an old guy chilling with his breakfast).
Guess next time I come to the WW I museum, i’ll NOT stop here
