My husband and I stopped in this past summer. It is OK. They have a variety of flavors to choose from and a some good toppings. Their staff is great. Very helpful and friendly. When we are having a sweet tooth and are close by, we will stop here again

Yogurtopia isn’t like the other neo-yogurt places that have active cultures in the mix, but all their yogurts are low fat or fat free. Combine that with a clean, airy atmosphere, polite teens who managed to stay off their phones when they were helping us, and lots of choices on the toppings bar, and you get a yogurt experience that rivals the«gourmet» places in certain areas of the metro. The teens working here greeted us, asked if we’d been there before, and explained the process. I got the yellow cake batter yogurt with crushed Twix(I think they may be the only place to offer Twix), and was quite pleased with the price. I think they may be a little cheaper per ounce than some places. This place also has a giant self serve bank of Jelly Belly dispensers, in case you’re not in the mood for yogurt. Overall, very pleased with the product and the experience, and the same teens thanked us as we left. Follow your bliss and find inner peace at Yogurtopia!

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I havn’t really enjoyed frozen yogurt since I was a kid, but this just might turn me back on to it. A cheaper, and less fat alternative to my favorite-Sheridans. Not as good, but I don’t feel nearly as guilty when I’m done eating. I got the cake batter yogurt– yummy! I added strawberry mochi– not so yummy. The employees were very nice, and the place was clean and air conditioned. What more can you ask for on a hot summer day?

I have a sweet tooth and often have weird cravings for serve yourself yogurt, the sweeter, the better. This has been open for a while, and I decided to stop by after work. It’s one of the few serve yourself yogurt shops in this area, and I’m glad it’s here. There’s 2 entrances, one towards the table area and one opening on the front, next to Radio Shack. The colors inside are attractive-green and pink and peach. The yogurt soft serve has several flavors, starting with red velvet cake, and yellow cake(a personal favorite), down a line of flavors ranging from low fat chocolate, espresso, creamy cheese cake, and tangy vanilla, strawberry and several others. There is also atleast one or 2 choices of sorbet-raspberry is one of the flavors, which is a nice touch. The ice cream(yellow cake), is sweet. I’ve not had the tangy flavor. The toppings include mango bubbles, passion fruit bubbles(like the stuff in bubble tea), pineapple, maraschino cherries, raspberries, granola, coconut, grandcracker chips, nuts, chocolate, butterscotch and peanutbutter chips, and other nice sampling of toppings. My favorite being the bubbles that burst a flavor of mango in your mouth… yum…I could eat a whole bowl of them. There are also several pour yourself toppings– Hershey’s syrup, and Magic Shell. You put the bowl on the scales, and the truth comes out with the price. There’s lids for take out, and spoons. It is a great shop to have in this area. It will kill, momentarily, the sweet tooth.

If you like creamy, delicious fat-free yogurt with your own toppings, you’ll love Yogurtopia. You can enjoy flavors such as Cheesecake Jubilee, Milk Chocolate or my favorite, Tart & Tangy. Choose from over 50 toppings and pay by the ounce. The place also just feels good to be in with upbeat music playing in the background, a contemporary interior with bright lights. Perfect hang out for teenagers. Brand new to the Blue Ridge Crossings Shopping Center, check it out!
