We tried three of the four food trucks. Ruchi was instant draw because it is the only Indian restaurant we saw in Kauai. The menu looks solid with options for both vegetarians and non vegetarians.
We got the veg curry wrap which is the same as veg curry rice bowl put in a wrap. Think of this as veg biryani in a wrap for Indian food experts.
Lot more rice than vegetables but had great curry flavor that lasted even after we left the place
It has picnic tables outside which nice. Like most of Kauai, watch out for those roosters coming after your left over food
