KAC is an AWESOME facility with great equipment and a wide variety of fitness classes to support anyone’s fitness goals! The instructors are fun, upbeat, and inspiring! Try Sunrise Yoga to inject peace and mindfulness into your day and there’s always Les Mills’ classes to increase overall strength (Body Pump), stabilize your core (CX Works), and my personal favorite to bring out your inner Bruce Lee with a fun yet highly charged sweaty workout (Body Combat)! You’ll love all that this gym has to offer! My only wish is that the front desk staff greet members/guests with a smile and enthusiasm :-)

Kauai Athlectic club is clean, friendly with amazing classes, teachers and equipment. I love going there and feel inspired and up lifted after my visits.

I used to work out just going through the motions and never understood why people looked forward to going to the gym. With the state of the art equipment and huge selection of modern classes to choose from, I am now one of those people I used to envy who looked forward to working out. I love the open atmosphere and the staff is always so welcoming when you walk through the door. Kauai Athletic Club is better than any mainland chain gym that I’ve ever been to so it’s the perfect place for locals and visiting tourists to commit to be fit!

this kauai athletic club location is in kapa’a, more specifically, kapahi near the menehune food mart.
they have a lot of equipment for all your workout needs– from treadmills, ellipticals and stairmasters to free weights. they also have another portion of the gym that offers MMA style workouts (for an additional fee). their class schedule offers many different styles of exercise and times convenient for a lot of different schedules.
also, they have a smoothie bar up front where you check-in! stop in and check out their rates — they have something for everyone, even students!
