Great location, very clean, solid inventory. Only outlet on Kauai with Zigzag blunt wraps. Wide selection of pieces, both Hawaiian-​made and imported from China. If you’re complaining about prices, you’re on the wrong island. Dragon Building is convenient and Billy was very professional.

Visiting from Oahu. The vape juice is the lowest possible quality and outrageously over priced. It’s like inhaling metal shards. And a bottle of the really junk stuff that would be $ 5 on Oahu is prices at $ 15.
It’s not overpriced because it’s an island, It’s overpriced because the customer is getting gouged on the lowest quality product available.
It’s bad business to not care about your customer brah. Maybe you can keep your doors open ripping off tourists but you get no respect here. There are local companies that make excellent quality vape juice, but you just don’t care about your customer.

This place has no worth on Kauai. No Aloha, over priced, and they support products made by third world countries. I felt like I had broke up some kind of shady drug deal when I went in there. Then I find out most locals hate that place. What was cool is the shop down the street… The Glass Shack. All the pipes you need in the back room, and they work with your budget… no matter how low or high it is!!! I will never give any one my money in that building… thats how much they suck !!! Stay with were the locals go … The Glass Shack on the highway in old kapaa town !!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Owner didn’t even acknowledge us after 5 minutes of being in the store… And it’s a tiny store. When he did he was short and didn’t offer any assistance or suggestions. He was on the phone complaining about his cash register… He lost out on some good money. They have all products you would find in a smoke shop on the mainland but so over priced. I would not give this guy any money, he doesn’t deserve it. Rude! Go to The glass shack instead! They have pipes in the back!
