I never write reviews unless is a good deal and I can help others save up some money and have a peace of mind, we live by the beach and I had trouble with people trespassing on my property and was always worried about my family safety, Alarm Hawaii responded to all my needs, answered all my questions, from the sales persons to the technicians we received all the best services and support, now we feel safe knowing we are protected by such great company, company who valued the safety of his costumers. I’m more the grateful for such wonderful service.

You got to love the people power of Unilocal!Shortly after posting that review the owner of Alarm Hawaii (Jin Kim) called to offer a refund for the alarm system and all monitoring charges including waiving an early termination fee. The only catch is I was to sign a document agreeing to delete my post and not to harm the company in any way in the future. I declined stating that the company I work for as well as others have a right to know what kind of services your company is providing. BTW I lost around $ 800.00 for the cause people! You can thank me later. Wouldn’t“t you know when I got home my alarm system had been reset and multiple user and guests codes were added on. So I immediately cancelled everything and got a confirmation email from the owner. A day later while at home the Alarm trips sounding the siren and dispatching the police. On the phone the call center informs me that they cant turn the system off or cancel police dispatch. Wow!!! What childish retaliation from Alarm Hawaii for exercising my freedom to Unilocal. To be continued Unilocalers. Next stop The Better business Bureau.

After moving into our new place and seeing how busy our neighborhood is with constant «Visitors» & frequent neighborhood partying It was a big security concern for myself and my wife to protect our property and family from any threats & damages etc.
After searching high and low for a company we could trust to invite into our home and install a security system with technology we can trust and count on, we decided to go with Alarm Hawaii & did not regret our decision.
They were on-​time, very courteous & knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns and installed the system quickly and efficiently with no discrepancies.
I recommend this company to anyone looking for a security system. They have exceeded all of my expectations and then some.
Keep your family & property safe, Don’t risk being caught without a security system, Get it done right the first time, It’s better to be safe than sorry I always say. If it takes an event happening in order to finally get a move on getting your home secure, It’s probably already too late. Don’t be «that» person… Lol. xD

I was never persuaded to write a review for a company until I seen Alarm Hawaii at work.
They were punctual, friendly and very competitive with their pricing. I’ve shopped around for Alarm companies for my parents house because there has been recent suspicious activity going on and all i can say is Alarm Hawaii has given us that peace of mind.
Their Technicians were very helpful and patient while showing my parents how to operate the system, and lets just say they are not tech savy! :)
But all in all, it was an awesome experience, you won’t be disappointed

Alarm Hawaii is one of a few companies that provide quick service. They are in numerous schools in Hawaii and that says a lot for them. When I called they got back to me within minutes to answer all of my questions. I will be using this company again to install alarm systems in my business.
Mahalo for continuing to be a local company and making full use of our local talent.

They installed a system for my home in Maili and let me just say WOW!
The Office:
Their customer service was outstanding, very helpful and knowledgeable.
They got me scheduled in just a weeks time.
(My work schedule wouldn’t allow me to take off sooner)
The Technicians:
Arrived on time and were very professional.
They took their time doing the installation just to make sure everything was PERFECT for my liking!
(I’m super anal about how things looking aligned and stuff of that sort)
Installation took only a few hours, and the technicians gave me a full tutorial on how to arm the system, unarm the system, etc.
They even took the time to teach my 7 year old daughter how to properly use the system. Also taught her what to do just in case anything every happened! They went over it with her about three times just to make sure she properly understood!
**Now if that’s not awesome customer service then I don’t know what is**
Granted them training my daughter was not apart of my installation, however them going that little extra mile is an extreme plus is my book!
Basically it comes down to this:
PROS: Great Customer Service, Will Definitely Recommend to Everyone, They Are A Must Call First For Alarm Service!
CONS: HONESTLY NONE AT ALL! (Trust me I nit pick about alot!)

I would recomend this company to anyone who is looking for a local company to set up an alarm system. The process is fast and easy as well as inexpensive. It’s good to know that the same company that runs alarms for Walmart is protecting my home.
I especially love that the company is local and has offices with actual people to talk to on Oahu. Unlike other companies, Alarm Hawaii has its main office in Hawaii. The staff is local and friendly. I loved it!

Great Alarm company, they install burglar alarms and do cameras as well. They try to make the devices as unobtrusive as possible. The service is done in a timely manner.

I actually secured my 2,900 sq/​ft home in Kenmore, WA through Alarm Hawaii.
I received hardware as well as very detailed and carefully documented schematics. It was very easy to install and configure since they did all the programming and layout work for me. This included a camera and motion system as well as wireless sensors for all my doors and windows.
I have many friends that own businesses in Hawaii as well that have given me great feedback on the company. I’m surprised not to see more reviews but since they deal with mostly businesses, they all seem to be busy I guess.
Talking to the larger businesses, they all have told me that risk prevention has been fantastic since they contracted with this company. I’m surely happy with the quality of their products and the level of detail they put into assisting my installation! I feel confident and secure with the package and service I received. Thanks!
