GNC

4 stars for ease of access, knowledgable workers, and stock of product. No matter what type of supplement, they almost always have what I want available. The workers here are pretty knowledgable in products that they sell and what’s in them, where as some stores generally try to sell product on how their associates look. Good place, lots of parking.

Took my son to buy a protein drink to start taking. Employee at the time was busy helping other customers. We were with a friend that works at another GNC so she helped us pick one out. We got to the register OLU helped us. He was very friendly, helpful and informative. Kids sometimes don’t like listening to their parents so I very much appreciated him talking to my son about the product and other products that will be beneficial to him. Thank you!

Location:
They are located in the Kapolei Shopping Center next to Game Stop and Sushi Bay. There is a lot of parking in this shopping center.
Merchandise:
They have a large selection of vitamins, supplements, protein powders, protein bars and protein drinks.
I came here looking for a specific product that they had on hand: Cookies and Cream Quest Bar! This flavor is hard to find and I’m so glad I found it here. They also have other Quest Bar flavors I never saw before. I made sure I bought a bunch of this yummy product.
Specials:
I assume specials vary every month or so. There is a special for protein bars; Buy 3, Get 1 Free. I was able to get 4 Quest Bars for less than $ 10.
GNC Card:
They offer a discount card for $ 15 a year. Products can be $ 0.50 cheaper or more with the GNC card.
I opt out of the card for now since the only thing I buy from here are Quest Bars and there current special makes a box of 12 Quest bars cheaper than the discount GNC price.
Customer Service:
I received awesome customer service from a young lady who was very friendly and helpful.
Overall, this GNC will be my «go to» store for my beloved Cookies and Cream Quest Bar. They get shipment every Friday so if you don’t see what your looking for, it should be there on shipment day.

So I came to do my monthly shopping as usual for vitamins. And as usual staff was very knowledgeable on the items and have even tried many products the self to be able to tell you what they ate like. But they didn’t have an item in stock and for the first time ever I was told that they mail the items to our home from the warehouse for free. I have never been told this before and yes I have had this happen before. Young lady was very helpful and sure enough I got my delivery 4 days later. That will definitely keep me as a loyal customer. The sales associate also had great input for other products I wanted to try. So this is a good GNC to shop at IMHO.

Starting my workout and diet regiment today and ran out of protein shake. Staff was very friendly and quick to ask if I needed help. They had a bunch of close out/​marked down products such as thermogenics and protein shakes. Always a positive experience coming here!

Although this location is not exactly ideal due to the tricky parking lot, it’s convenient and generally has what I need. The staff is always friendly and willing to help, although they can get a little clingy and start hovering at times. They also have samples of different things for you to try and often give you a sample or two to take home as well. Free stuff is always nice, right?
Being the bargain shopper that I am, I only come here during gold card week (the first 7 days of each month), or if there happens to be an awesome sale (which happens every so often). They have a great GNC brand protein shake that actually tastes really good and gets me going each and every morning. Their brand of protein products in general is really good, and not bad in price. If I had to compare prices though, they are a bit higher than what I’m used to paying online from other supplement websites, but since moving back home, those places charge ridiculous shipping to Hawaii. So I am now loyal to GNC.
Definitely get yourself a gold card and stay up to date on the items that are buy one get one 50% off in order to get the best deals. They are really good about sending emails for discounts and special promotions.
