Dr Okimoto was my primary care doctor worst doctor I have ever had. You can never get in to see him his staff has no idea what’s going on they email you wrong information. And when you email the Dr office he never gets back with you with a answer. And when you ask to get something done
Such as physical therapy they completely forget about it for months and them act like its no big deal. The whole office is totally screwed up.

This receptionist that answers the phone in this place is kind of rude answering the phone and rushy like she don’t want to answer the phone. I just want to schedule a appointment can you just take your time to find what’s available, dammnn!!! no customer service at all!!!

I like their hours as they stay open later. They often fit me in and sometimes I have to wait 30 minutes from my scheduled appointment but that’s understandable since I was a late add on. He also just doesn’t drug you up but will give you meds if you absolutely need them.

Calling wait time was over 20 minutes on hold and when you finally make an appointment you wait over your appointment time over an hour. I don’t appreciate doctors who over schedule and have no consideration for your time. Also when I scheduled a physical, the receptionist called the day before my schedule visit to tell me that i better call my insurance company to insure I was covered. I have no idea what procedures will be done in the physical to ask my insurance company. Why did they wait until the day before to tell me this? It was the end of the day and I couldn’t call my insurance company in the mainland as my appointment was early the next day. So i didn’t go and was charged $ 75 for a no show. Bad customer service. I don’t go here anymore. Doctors that think your time isnt valuable need to think again. Now, over a year has past and they are billing me for unpaid taxes of $ 5.89. Accounting must also be overloaded and behind.
