Although offer discounts if you live on the island and/​or military, the wait for the painting and the service by the Manger Lani was horrible. I purchased a painting in FEB/​MAR and did not receive it until late July. I would have thought to re-​frame a painting would not take 5 months. I really wasn’t frustrated with the time it took, but the fact no one could tell me where the painting was physically at when I called several times and physically went in three times. I was always BSed. «they would need to contact their parent store in Las Vagas». Which is a very convent excuse because they are almost always closed, especially with the time difference and operation hours. I NEVER RECEIVED AN UPDATE OR CALL BACK FROM ANYONE!!! I told them I specifically I would pick it up in person. Then, they shipped it via Fedex from Kapolei to Ewa, I was at work and after one attempt I got a return to shipper notice on my door. Then I had to drive to near the airport the next day as the shipping notice said and then it wasn’t ready to be picked up. They asked if I could wait three hours to 1100 because they hadn’t unloaded all the trucks yet from the day prior. I said no. They then offered to ship it to one of the fedex stores in aiea and I picked it up there. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SPEND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
