No complaints about the quality of their merchandise. The customer service, however, could use an overhaul. When I walked into their sales office, I stood in front of one of their sales reps as he dealt with another customer. He had plenty of opportunity to pause to acknowledge my existence but he didn’t. In fact, I was greeted by the guy in the cubicle behind the first guy way before the first guy spoke a word to me. In a word… pathetic. I was there to pay for an order for someone else but the sales rep claimed that he didn’t have any record of it. I guess these morons haven’t heard of computers. They’re handy little devices that allow you to track orders and sales, if anyone from this company is reading this review you guys should buy a few(they really work!) I observed the sales rep as he dealt with another customer. He was cocky and self-absorbed throughout. To be honest, I’m amazed he didn’t get punched for being a pompous @$$. All I can say is I’m happy I’m not in a business that would require me to frequent Valve Service & Supply more often.
