Alika has been the most thorough inspector i have ever dealt with. This is the 4th home i have gone through inspection with and he is the best bar none. He is definitely an advocate for what is right vs making the deal happen at the buyers expense. He sees flaws that 2 other contractors did not find specifically in a retaining wall of a home we were in escrow with. Very professional, intelligent, honest is how i sum up alika

Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you will make in your lifetime. I wanted to make sure my hard earned money will be invested well by hiring a home inspector. I have a bit of a back round in construction but Alika pointed out several things that I had overlooked.
My eyes may have been blinded by the excitement of it all. Buying a home is like falling in love with someone. In the beginning, all you see is the good in that person. Your eyes are blinded of the leaky faucet, the out dated electrical panel, the mold growing in unseen areas, and the rat hole next to the bathroom.
He walked my wife and I through the home and pointed out what he found. That same day he emailed a detailed report that included pictures and suggestions on how to remedy the problem.
I recommend Alika and his team at Visionary Inspection. Alika was prompt, courteous, punctual, easy to talk to and he offered competitive prices.
