This is what you would call a mickey mouse operation. No way to pay your invoice online(???), no control panel for customers to see alarm events, no services that you see from other alarm companies that charge this and less for monitoring, and they answer the phones and provide customer service in a very, uh, casual way. They got my address information, and my TELEPHONENUMBER where I am to be contacted when the alarm is triggered wrong. Had I not called to check these things, when would I have found out?
