Amazing customer service. Had a ring that was re-​done in white gold and was modified slightly which made the ring look alot sharper. Great talent and great inventory! Super happy and will do more business!

I had some platinum diamond earrings redone (they were old fashion for me) and a watch fixed and some other minor things, but the earrings were like $ 500 to add a chain to each side about 1 cm each. I paid it to her because I believed she would do the job superbly for that price. After my mother took them to her jeweler because she didn’t like what I had done., he informed us that the that the chain was hollow and USED!!! He proceeded to show her exactly what had been done incorrectly. What’s really bad, is hanging from the chain was the 7 carats of diamonds that are the most valuable part. It’s a shame, because they seem to be very nice and thorough but I would definitely never recommend.

I have been a customer of Amber’s Designs since she opened her doors in 2001. Through the years Amber has helped me design several rings, she is a true artist plus an award winning designer and being an artist myself I love the fact that I can come up with an idea and she can join me and make it happen… always better than I dreamed it up!
As most woman need to make sure they have a hairdresser they trust I have to have a jeweler and I was so pleased when I found Amber.
