This service is WAY OVER PRICED. Phones are SO EXPENSIVE. Staff is nice but you spend over 1500 a year to have a smart phone. That is WAY too expensive.

I came here recently to add an additional phone line for my account. I did not purchase a phone since I already had an older AT&T phone to use, I simply asked for a sim card. The staff was really helpful that day, and made some useful suggestions. I left the store happy.
Yesterday, I received an email confirming the addition of a «Mobile Protection Pack» to my new phone line. I had signed up for no such service. I didn’t even purchase an AT&T phone when I added this additional phone line, so this made no sense to me. I called AT&T Wireless directly, and a representative told me that this change was made at this location, and I authorized it. Uh, no. Luckily, I was able to get the charge removed from my bill.
I do not like AT&T in general, but I have never had an issue like this after visiting other locations. I would not do business with this location again.
