Big Chuck was friendly and came out within an hour of a same day call. Repaired a busted pipe for a reasonable amount. Will definitely do business with again.

Big Chuck installed my irrigation system 3 years ago. He was fair with pricing and even let us pay in installments. He recommended a good pest control system, but did not push us when we could not afford it. My husband proceeded to back the car off the driveway and crush a sprinkler head the very next week. Chuck came out and replaced it free of charge. He also came out again a few months later when a few of the stations had sitting water. He adjusted the station and had the water cleared up, again with no charge. Now, 3 years later, we have standing water again, and AGAIN he has agreed to come out and take care of it. He returns calls almost immediately and takes care of his customers. I would highly recommend Big Chuck’s to anyone looking to install a system.

Chuck was quick to respond and flexible with appointments. He was easy to work with and always available when we called. His crew arrived on time and was done within a matter of hours. Chuck then stopped by to review their work with me and give me a tutorial. He then stopped by yet again to show my fiancé how the system works, since he wasn’t home at the first time. I’d recommend him for both the quality of the work as well as the customer service. It’s been ~2 weeks and we’re VERY happy with our sprinkler system.
