No stars. I asked for a data transfer of my iTunes from my laptop to an external hard drive. They transfered the short cut not the music files. $ 81 I paid. I call and the girl tells me «oh sometimes the data doesn’t transfer». What the hell does that mean do you not check to make sure you have done the work that I paid you to do. I am a computer illiterate person and I can see that it says it is a short cut not a data file. Use these people at your own risk you have been warned.
