Chick-fil-A

This location is the BEST. Chicfila is generally awesome with their speed and great customer service but this location goes above and beyond. I will go out of my way to go to this location. The line for the drive through was all the way out to the street and it only took six minutes to get up to the menu, order, and pay & recieve my order. I even placed an additional order at the window… Yall rock.

The staff here are always friendly, the food is always consistent and good (it has been this way at every Chick-​fil-​A I have been to, and I have been to many.
The Tuesday night family night event is great, our daughter loves it. The staff is always super nice to her, she loves seeing Mr/​Mrs cow. This is a go-​to Tuesday night event in our family when we came make it. The play area is nice as well, we like to use it when we come in for breakfast, as it is generally less crowded.
They seem to run good promotions as well — I like that they have staff members floating around to tables to keep things clean, grab refills, take away trash etc.
Seriously, a well run establishment.

So all I’m gonna say is that for breakfast, my breakfast biscuit was missing one of the biscuits. #seriously

Always fast, always hot, always friendly service. We drive further to this location, rather than a closer one, because of the consistency.

Chic-​fil-​a is still the best fast food in the space of fired and quick, and this one is the best on in the area for ease of ordering. It’s also the number one «oh darn we messed up your order, oh well.

Everyone always complains about the traffic caused because of this Chick-​Fil-​A, but doesn’t that just prove how awesome it is?! This is my favorite CFA! So close to my heart as is to my home.
Service (⁵⁄₅) — They are so caring, so friendly. The majority may be a bunch of high school kids, but don’t let that throw you off. They are always smiling and so considerate. Plus, they. are. fast.
Food (⁵⁄₅) — The only fast food I will ever give a 5 stars to (wait jk I’m not bias). Just a few things on my top favorites list:
Waffle fries, Grilled Market Salad, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, CFA sauce, Chic’n Minis, sweet tea, lemonade, Holiday milkshakes around the season :)
Ohhhh the traffic. It’s not that bad. Come on, people, have some patience! :) If you drive in through the Commercial Center Blvd entrance and park in that «Target» parking lot, you will avoid it all. I am always in and out of the place in less than 5 minutes whenever I go inside. No matter how packed it may look inside, it is always faster than the drive-​thru.

Brain-​washed Christians getting mediocre, over priced chicken while screwing up traffic on westheimer. Bout sums it up. I’m glad your chicken and sauce addiction can continue to risk our lives while driving on a road, I forgot your fat asses need lunch.

Good food. Good, friendly service. Longest drive thru line ever and parking lot is a mess! Always! They need a person direction traffic like the katy mills location.

I attempted to eat here at 2:45 pm on a Tuesday. The parking lot was an absolute mess! The drive through line wrapped around the entire restaurant making it impossible for anyone to enter the parking lot, park their car, or even attempt to leave the restaurant. The chicken sandwiches are not that good to make me want to deal with such a congested mess!

I Love Chick-​Fil-​A! Ive always had a great experience here. I just wish there was a better parking lot or drive thru layout to handle and accommodate all the traffic during the busy hours since the lines become ridiculous. Other than the traffic and lines, I’m a happy customer! :)

I go to Chick Fil A all the time, and I am never disappointed. Friendly staff and environment, perfect for the family.

I hear this whacka doodle greasepit is closed Sunday. Kind of lame. Oh well, better food around the corner.
Whacky idea. Somewhere I read management are «Christians.» What about staff who might like to work a Sunday or customers who want a bite to eat???

Hailing from California, I was so happy to eat here without any judgement… mmm the fried chicken was so good! Don’t even bother getting the grilled ones. Drive-​through line got a bit on the crazy side during lunch hours.

These people get a 5 star for service! Always pleasant, fully staffed, clean, fast and efficient! If only the healthcare world would grasp the concept of fully staffed, not a hard business concept! ;-) Overall the food is constantly good and fresh. Enjoy coming here because there is a consistency in service. Good job Chick-​fil-​A !

Winner– winner chicken dinner! 5 stars for a fast food national chain? Sure why not… when you always get 5 star service. Anyone can cook & replicate corporate food, however what sets this Chik Fil A apart to me is their service. Every employee takes customer service to the next step here. I’ve had managers refill my drink, if there is a long wait in the drive-​thru they have expeditors run your food out to your car, I’ve had my hands (literally) full– bags, stroller, etc. and someone always opens the door for me! And people smile here! Huge right? Their dedication to customer service keeps me coming to this location. Oh, and the sweet tea!

Putting a Chick Fil A in Cinco Ranch is like shooting fish in a barrel. This community had millions of kids running around and what is the worlds most kid friendly restaurant… you guessed it, Chick Fil A.
This particular one had a fun kids play area and is easy to get around inside the store. If you drive through, the line (although it may be long) moves very fast.
So, if you have kids and you want them to be happy, go here. Now!

Won’t spend to much time reviewing the food since it’s pretty consistent everywhere.
Specifically wanted to review the experience at this location. This location is really busy… during lunch and dinners its common to see the traffic lined up onto cinco ranch, not surprising since the lack of food in SW Cinco. but despite the intimidating line the staff seems in good spirits and moves the line along swiftly, not fast. I’ve seen the staff do some amazing things though, once the drivethrough ordering must have been down so staff was out taking orders and phoning them back in, not sure how but the order was right and in the right order.
On Tuesdays this location does family nights which are fun, they bring in local business, some of our favorite have been the free events like when they have face painting, or balloons, my DS’s fav is when they bring in local businesses like My Gym where they did games and prizes. All extras that you don’t normally see at fast food «family» night.

This review is for this specific Chick-​fil-​A location, not Chick-​fil-​A as a whole, which would get 10 starts (yes, out of 5).
They employ a TON of young teenagers which is great, giving youngsters a chance at the working world. Its great to see a whirl wind of teenagers making this place happen, unfortunately I don’t think I’ve been through the drive through and received exactly what I ordered. This wouldn’t bother me so much if I hadn’t PAID for everything I ordered. This location is TOO busy, they can’t keep up. This isn’t so much a problem when you dine in… but after waiting through the LONG driver through line and you realize somethings wrong. You are kinda up a creek.
It annoys the drive thru attendant. But we know sit at the window and double check everything before we pull away. This is your ONLY hope of getting your order correct. Oddly, more mistakes are made when they are slow than when they are hammered.
A new location is coming to the Shoppes of Bella Terra which should alleviate some of the congestion.
As for the food… hands down the best!
