I have had several sessions here and let me tell you that you will benefit from the cryosauna. I have seen improvements in my recovery from intense training from Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Krav Maga, and CrossFit. It even helped with my performance when training. I have also had improvements in sleeping! I used to get up 1 – 2 times during the night and now the last few nights, I have slept all through the night. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Amy, Jane, Joe, and Kylie were all happy to assist me during my sessions. You have got to try it out! What do you have to lose?

Since having my kids, I’ve been dealing with minor injuries as I return back to training (especially with extra baby weight on my body). I’m currently training for a half marathon and my legs have been killing me with the additional running, however, after one session of Cryospa (along with the NormaTec compression sleeves), my legs feel amazing and I’m looking forward to my next training day! I plan on using the Chilled Cryospa to help keep my legs injury free, and hopefully now that I have a better recovery system in place, maybe someday I will amp up my training and get back into triathlons too. P. S. I love how I can get the results I need in the Cryospa in just 3 minutes (although my first visit, I only did 2 minutes LOL)…as a busy mom, my time is everything!

I knew the benefits of icing injuries but was unfamiliar with cryo therapy. After the first few treatments, I did feel small improvements in my shoulder (a lingering injury from lifting). Then after my first week, I began to feel a major difference in my shoulder AND energy level. It was amazing. I can tell when I go a few days without cryo I feel like I have a little less energy. It’s an absolute necessity for anyone active or involved in recreational sports, or just want to feel better.
And the other pain management machines are great as well.
The staff and owner are the nicest people as well. Like a family. Can’t say enough about this place.

Just had my first session of Cryospa and am energized after it. I look forward to experiencing the further benefit of weight loss and improvement of my inflamed knee which is why I came in the first place. They also offer NormaTec or zero gravity chair after session.
