This is one awesome place to get pampered. Judy the manager is her best at hospitality dealing. She’s makes you feel comfortable & at ease.
Can’t stop raving about it. I have been going to them since 4yrs love it every time I go in. The girls are friendly & the place is kept up clean.

I had the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I chose this salon because they said on their website they did Brisa Gel Nails. I used their online appointment system and in the comment section I said «Special Instructions: I’m looking for a full set with Brisa Gel. I would like to do some holiday nails.» My appointment was confirmed and when I arrived I wrote in the sign in sheet that I wanted Brisa Gel. When Judy spoke to me she convinced me that gel powder was better for me so I agreed to try it. I showed her two pictures that they had on their Facebook and Unilocal page. This is where it got crazy. She quoted me a price after viewing the pictures and when my nail technician started on my nails she kept telling me different prices. In one picture it showed red tips with white polka dots and a design on the ring fingers. I explained that she was making the color on the tips too wide she said she had to do that to cover up my natural nail. I said wouldn’t that be covered by the dots? She said she didn’t know I wanted dots because that’s $ 5 more per nail and the top coat shellac would be $ 18. I showed her the picture again and she called Judy over and she said and she could do it and if I wasn’t happy she would refund my money. However, when the time came to paint my nails it just got worse. I finally had had enough and said I was done. Judy apologized that I was not happy but I was not willing to continue as she said it was just a communication error. Well I was pretty clear from the moment I made the appointment what I wanted. I paid for this service.
I had to go to another salon to have my nails fixed and repainted.

I LOVE Cinco Ranch Creative Nails! We have been going since it opened the first week. Judy is always welcoming, and makes sure her customers are completely satisfied with the work. All of the ladies (and guys) that work there are so sweet to my daughter and me! They are all very kind, accommodating, patient, and friendly. We will never go anywhere else!

Best Nail Salon… you feel Welcome when you walk-​in, Manicure I am pleased every-​time, they are very clean from tables, tools to work on nails everything clean and sanitary. I leave Happy and Relaxed…

Love this place to get my nails and feet done. Very friendly, always remember what you like and need. Also love that they use liners in the tubs for each pedicure and new files for your hands. Mary and Ivy are the best!

BEST NAIL SALON IN KATY!!! I have come here several times and I have never been disappointed. The salon is very clean and EVERYONE is so nice. I get asked weekly where I get my nails done and I am happy to tell them CR Creative Nails. They can get busy so making an appointment is a good idea and on Sunday they always have on the Texans game :)

Amazing salon… technicians are well trained and experienced. Joyce is my favorite… loves what she does and always makes sure my nails look awesome… whether I want just straight up color, something with sparkles and glitter, or some fun nail art. I never leave disappointed.
There are many options to choose from… something for everyone when you want to be pampered with a manicure and/​or pedicure. I’ve tried other salons, but this is by far my favorite!

second time here, i wanted to like it but after the experience this time, it is not for me. i went with my daughter for a mani/​pedi and she was getting refills. they left my daughter sitting at the table for 45 minutes, serviced other customers before her and didn’t start on her until i was finished with my service. at one point someone started working on my daughters tips then just up and left with no word and took another walk in. when i questioned this i was flat out lied to that not all technicians had experience with refills. meanwhile i saw several technicians providing the same service to customers that came in while my daughter was waiting.
i will say she loves how they turned out. i on the other hand have uneven nails, lots of dead skin around them and they are already chipped and worn looking the second day into a fresh service. my toenail polish rubbed off the next day after wearing regular shoes vs. open toe shoes!
i guess i will still be looking for a good nail salon.

First time here, never again! The technician wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say she kept on doing her thing to a point where I just gave up and wanted to get out of there. Polish is not even, the shape? Dont even get me started !! Don’t waste your money here. Im so disappointed. WASTE of time and money!

I have been coming here many times for spa Mani&pedi Services. The place is very clean people work here are pretty nice. Usually i go to a Pretty young girl name Lily she does a great and wonderful job on my services. And recommend Lily to anyone who wants to be pampered on a long hard work days.

My mother and I thought we had finally found our nail spot in Katy, WRONG. Though they do awesome nails their service is horrible. My mom and I came 30 minutes to closing not realizing it was closing soon. My mother asked if they had time to do nails for two and the lady (I don’t know her name) said «We are closing in 30 minutes. No. Go somewhere else or come back tomorrow» Ohhhhhhhkayyyyy. No need to be rude! We definitely won’t be back!

Absolutely fabulous! Maria did an excellent job on my nails! I got the herbal manicure with stress relief. The place is really clean and the prices are very fair! My friend Shannon recommended I come here and I have no regrets :) love love love!

This place to me seemed kind of pricy but I will say it was very clean! The selection was great tons to choose from. I was even sent home with lotion for my feet when getting the chamomile pedi. Only issue the lady that did my nails was kind of young and seemed like really rude not friendly just kind of felt like she hated her job.

This place is horrible! I’m half Vietnamese and white. So I pretty much know Vietnamese. Most of the workers were talking a lot of mess about customers. Such as the customers being fat and also racial slurs like ‘mi dang’ or ‘mi’. The front desk lady Judy messed up my appointment. The only thing I like about this place was their coffee.
