I was very impressed with Christopher’s coffee knowledge, professionalism, and congeniality during my visit on 2÷29÷16. Product and inventory gets people in the door, but excellent service keeps them coming back. Would like to see this young man promoted to a store manager one day soon(if he isn’t already). I also like the fact that CoffeeIcon roasts coffee beans on demand for ultimate freshness. Please open a location in Sugar Land!

I love fresh coffee and used to go to one of their other locations. You wouldn’t believe the difference when they roast it for you on the spot — the aroma is perfect and after buying from them dark and French roast Costa Rica coffee the expensive Lavazza and Segafredo espresso beans that I had tasted stale and old. For serious coffee drinkers — this place is a must! Buy it fresh, roast it in the store(5mins) and grind it at home in a burr grinder, it will be an eye opening experience!

I discovered this place accidentally while I was trying to find a place to park near Trader Joe’s. I had just replaced my Keurig and good thing! I was blown away by all the varieties of K-Cups. I’m usually a tea drinker and will only drink coffee if it doesn’t taste like coffee. There were plenty of teas and coffee«drinks» to choose from. I especially went crazy with the 18 cup build your own box for $ 15.99. If you bring the box back, you can get the next 18 cup«refill» for $ 14.99. And they have a frequent buyer card. Good thing, for I will be back. They did offer a free cup to try many times, but I was so focused on using two hands to hold/fill the box. Individual K-cups are only 99 cents, but once you see all the different flavors, you will quickly grab the box, too. I loved the three I’ve tried so far, from brands I had never heard of – Cake Boss«Vanilla Buttercream»(yes, it does taste like frosting when you add a little Natural Bliss to it, CoffeeIcon branded«Salted Caramel Shortbread Cookie»(hello!) and Copper Moon Chai Latte. All winners so far, 15 more to go! ;)

We first went a few days ago but they were closed by 7PM. We came back today in the early afternoon and was very satisfied with our visit. The selection was huge and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back.

There are signs to try a cup of coffee on them but it is only if you purchase something. If you walk out for any reason without buying anything they will ask you to buy the cup of coffee you are trying to taste. If it’s too hot to try be sure to stand there until it cools so you could try it then buy some. I thought that was a little rude. I hope I like the flavor I picked.

I was a die hard, buy my coffee beans from Starbucks type of gal for years. How amazing is it that CoffeeIcon roasts their own beans in the store while you wait and, not to mention, cheaper? Sorry, Starbucks, this is my new go to spot for coffee!
